Core, Featured, and Uncommon races are available, except those that have flight at level 1. Custom races may be acceptable on a case by case basis, 15 RP max.
Average class gold, plus an additional amount of gold from a profession, craft, or perform check during character creation this gold is equal to 4 times the amount rolled (think of it as a month's pay).
2 Traits, plus a campaign trait, for a total of three traits at first level.
