From the whispering shadows of haunted Ustalav an ancient evil rises to grip the world in a new age of horror!

Amid the mists of this land of dark superstition and dread secrets stand both those who would defy the return of evil and those who would seek its terrible favor. Can the heroes discern their allies from their enemies in time to save a tortured realm from a tyrant’s return? Pathfinder’s darkest and most frightening campaign ever sets the heroes against the agents of Golarion’s most notorious villain, the Whispering Tyrant, in a terrifying trek across a land of lurking horror and ancient mysteries.

Well, I would no longer be able to cast spells until we level up again, since Vampire Hunters don't get spells until 4th level.

I'm honestly thinking I'll just retcon him now. Thank you! How are we going to retcon our wounds being healed, since Cas came downstairs looking like death warmed up...

Also, how do you want me to recalculate my HP? Or may I just keep my current HP, since Inquisitor and Vampire Hunter both have d8 hit die?

All right then, Lorant has been updated to a Vampire Hunter! It's given him a nice boost in combat ability too, as now I don't have to use a feat for martial weapon use, and I have Weapon Versatility, so I can do bludgeoning damage with a sword! :D

Well, I now have some cash burning a hole in my pocket, and it would be nice to have some more holy water or haunt siphons. Is a shopping trip an option?

I'd say yes, but the only place you could buy something like that is the Church of Pharasma most likely...who we stole the first haunt siphons from...and who buried most of the people that cash came from...

Sort of. I am the Game Operations Director for CoastCon in Biloxi, MS every March and, at least until the election at this year's con, my wife is the director of CoastCon (we'll see if she is re-elected). As representatives of CoastCon, we try to make as many of the local cons as possible (local being a radius of about 120 miles). My next one is Pensacon in Pensacola, FL in two weeks, then CoastCon the first weekend in March. Beyond that, I have a trip to Tampa, FL for a medical appointment for my wife, and then I'll be at Mobile Comic Con in Mobile, AL (and she will be in Atlanta, GA for Treklanta) over the Memorial Day weekend.

Sorry it took so long to check-in. I meant to log on after work but yesterday got yanked on a shopping trip by my mom, and then today had to wait around the MoA for most of the afternoon for her to get off work since my dad was driving my brother to a pair of bagpiping gigs out in the middle of nowhere!

Vacation? I hear good things about Magnimar. Nice things, like "not infested with murderous ghosts."

The idea of an adventuring party deciding to Nope out in the middle of a mission is pretty amusing.

That's ok. Real life takes precedence, and that shopping scene was pretty long. Maybe now that interesting things are happening it will inspire you more.

True enough, I'm certainly not planning on dropping it. So long as you guys are playing, I'll be running. Slowly, perhaps, but steady.

Sorry for the prolonged absence. I had to go to Tampa, FL (about 10 hours from where I live) for an appointment with my wife's eye doctor, and we decided to stop by Disney (since Tampa is only an hour away) for two days. That plus travel time really cut into my online posting.
