Rowena hits the floor and tries to get out of melee. The glaive and shortsword stab at her, but just ping off of the floor as she rolls around. Hopping to her feet, Rowena turns and fires an arrow into the tiefling, who gives a shriek of rage.
Thora gives a doughty roar and stomps to the frnot of the fight.
Hosilla looks around and then quickly chants something in Abyssal. A steely shimmer passes over her.
Hosilla has cast true strike on herself.
Meriui charges in, and vaults over the table before engaging with the tiefling.

Hefting his second spear, Sarkast catches Thora's eye. While she has the tiefling's attention, he moves up past Ayesha and jabs.

Ayesha moved around Sarkast, using the Rogue's attacks as a cover for her own. Her black scimitar crackled with dark energy as she simultaneously charged it with her own arcane energies and cast a life-eating spell through the blade. She attacked the closest target, hoping to drain him of energy and clear the way to the woman in the far room.
Move around Sarkast to avoid the AoO, arcane point to pump the scimitar, cast touch of fatigue through Spellstrike.

Whoops, posted and messed up the order. PLease bear with.
The group surrounds the tiefling, and Sarkast takes advantage of the chaos to slam his spear into Uziel, which elicits a scream of pain. Thora takes advantage of the flank with Sarkast and swings down with her axe, but the nimble tiefling dodges the blow.

Ayesha also attacks, but her magically-charged scimitar barely misses.
Uziel looks around in panic as he is beset from all sides. He dives to the side in an attempt to escape the circle. However, he is unable to do so!

He takes another dive (if he survives), failing to escape.

Sarkast's spear slams through the tiefling's neck and a spurt of blood is his reward. The tiefling collapses to the ground, gurgling.

Sarkast looks at the woman in the other room. Pulling his spear from the neck of the tiefling, he levels it at her. As the blood drips from its tip, he narrows his eyes and says, "You have one chance to surrender."

Hosilla hesitates as she sees her tiefling friend die horribly. However, her response comes out as a snarl.
"My people are everywhere! The Lord Baphomet's plans have come to fruition and as we speak your city crumbles. I will happily die here if it means I take one of you with me."

If I'm reading htis right, movement on grease triggers an acrobatics check and fail that your movement ceases and you fall.
As Jinxx hits the grease spell he struggles to keep his balance and falls prone in front of Hosilla!

Hosilla is too busy to laugh, however, as her true strike spell wears off. She swears and tries to back up to swing at Jinxx, but her feet go out from under her and Hosilla crashes to the ground!

However, she manages to right herself. She has been swearing furiously in Abyssal, the gutteral, biologically obscene sorts of explitives which cannot be translated to common without being excommunicated from some sort of church.

Sarkast growls when he hears Hosilla speak in the Abyssal tongue. Spear in hand, he moves into the small room, angling to get to her side.
Two move actions at half speed. On entering Jinx's square, Acrobatics DC 10 to avoid falling in the grease. Then Acrobatics to avoid Hosilla's AoO as he moves past her.

Sarkast makes a dive for the grease, sliding along on his stomach at high speed. Hosilla's glaive slams dangerously into the ground as she attacks, missing the nimble rogue. In a second, Sarkast is up and in position.

Hosilla looks legitimately panicked now, her bravado fading as she realizes she doesn't have enough room to use her glaive, and the grease spell has trapped her in place.

Seeing her companions falling victim to her own spell, Ayesha dismisses the grease and moves into the room to attack.
Dismiss as a standard action, move into the room. Unless she has combat reflexes, she's already used her AoO for the round. If she does have CR...well, Ayesha's about to be very surprised.

Ayesha neatly slips into position, taking advantage of Hosilla's distraction. The grease beneath everyone's feet fades into the floor.

Taking advantage of Hosilla's distraction, Thora and Meriui both charge in to hack at her and completely surround the evil inquisitor. Anevia also fires an arrow.

Amazingly, and despite being totally surrounded, the inquisitor dances back and forth, blocking with her glaive and spinning it in front of her in a dizzying display of combat moves. Anevia's arrow snakes in and grazes her, but she scarcely seems to notice.
Hosilla swallows nervously, and looks around before she points southwards and chants at Jinxx.

However, the doughty eidolon remains in place and she flies into a complete panic. With one desperate leap, she tries to get past the group.

Thora and Meriui both swing out at her as she tries to roll through Jinxx. Both miss, and Jinxx manages to snag her with a claw as he claws at her.

She's now in melee combat so gotta take that -4 penalty... so double miss! That said, forgot Anevia. Going to take Ronan's action for him.
Anevia takes careful aim, and looses two arrows. One of them smacks heavily into Hosilla, who is now riddled with arrows.

Hosilla plants her glaive into the floor, and leaps straight into the air. However, Thora's axe knocks her glaive to the side. She collapses, and a scimitar blow from Meriui finally downs her. She lies on the floor, still alive, but rapidly bleeding to death.

Ayesha stooped to look over the bodies to see if there was anything on them that they could use to get back to the surface.

The room you are in is a small one, almost like an office. A stone pedestal holds a copper brazier aloft in the centre of this room. Against the western wall, an enormous pile of animal furs and thick quilts serve as a bed. Sheathed weapons and stone carvings adorn the walls. The eastern half of the room holds a wooden desk, beneath which stands a long, thin lockbox.

You can take 20. Taking 20 only doesn't work on tasks which have a consequence of failure. It takes around 2 minutes.
Ronan successfully identifies the potions as cure moderate wounds and the wand as a wand of spiritual weapon, a clerical spell with 7 charges remaining. Rowena would be able to use it.

As the group searches the bodies and the room, Sarkast uses the time Ronan spends on the magic to examine the lockbox.
Take 20 for 29 perception checking for traps. If the "small key" on Hosilla opens it, he will use it, otherwise he will unlock it by taking 20 for 26 on Disable Device.
"To the victors the spoils. Let us see what our attacker was protecting."

The key fits perfectly, and after a cursory inspection Sarkast doesn't find any traps. Hosilla lets out a death rattle at your feet, having bled to death.
Within the lockbox you find the following:
A small leather pouch with an assortment of gemstones.
An arcane scroll.
A divine scroll.
And a thin, long, darkwood case.
The case is not locked, inside lies a magnificent longsword. This weapon is of obviously superior craftsmanship with a razor-sharp blade that appears to be made of shining gold. The sword radiates strong abjuration magic.
Despite its obviously great magical power, the sword only identifies as a +1 cold iron longsword.
The scrolls are bear's endurance and remove disease.

Meanwhile, Anevia has been reading the note. Her eyes widen.
"This reveals the location of three safe hosues for the Templars of Baphomet! We can destroy the cult once we get back to the surface! I have to take this to Irabeth and the Eagle Watch. The safe hosues are... Nyserian Manor, Topaz Solutions, and the Tower of Estrod. Passphrase is "I have new material for the archives." We have to move!"
