This sequence of events is very tricky, and I have spent a good amount of time working it out. I will post on the discussion thread what the sequence of events are...
Snarltongue attack vs. Jaender -- PA, FF, Rage: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26
Axe damage: 1d6 + 13 ⇒ (5) + 13 = 18

(due to the situation, I am going to have to wait for his response to this. Also, I assume he was planning on attacking the goblin with a readied action? But, I am guessing he'll want to lay on hands instead.)

Vox's readied action to attack should trigger, see Vox's last post

@GM Silbeg: I still want to check an assumption that I asked about earlier: if we tried to move into or through the goblin's square, I'm assuming we'd notice. Is that correct? ie. as per the rules we can't pass through an enemy square without making some kind of acrobatics check, whether they're visible or not, and that would manifest in some kind of way.
Arturo traces a circuitous route around his companions. The swashbuckler half-walks, half-skips with a wide stance, swinging his feet in an exaggerated and very funny-looking way in an attempt to literally run into the invisible goblin (and thus pinpoint his location).
Arturo's path marked on the map. Please Lockwood me to "6" if he doesn't encounter any resistance.
I'm assuming it will take an AoO and become visible. Please add in flanking bonuses if that is the case and Arturo happens to be flanking him.

Ok, I am going to rule that based on the post, Poochie will make a Perception check, and if he fails, will ready an attack for when he sees the goblin, or someone points out where to attack. Fair enough?

Can we threaten him (for flanking / precise / sneak bonuses) if he is coated in powder?
Edit: Never mind. Just re-read GM Silbeg's post and consulted the concealment rules. He's still got full concealment, which means we "can't attack" him, so no flanking bonuses. Crap!

I thought he was one square to the south of his current position (adjacent to where Ophiuchus just moved). Finally, given the new ruling, I would like to post the following (whether I can retcon or not)...
"Vox! Get Einhardt to attack the gobbo, she can smell him out! You get back, attack with your superior reach and try to stay alive!" Arturo tries to yell the advice without sounding too pushy, like he heard Trask was.
Scent means automatic when within 5ft. Once Einhardt is in range, she can keep on "stepping up" to maintain a bead on the goblin. We can use her facing to target our attacks without the need for flour.

The hammer drops to the floor in clatter, and the youth draws his longsword while calling to the wolf.

Ophiuchus - you can only ready a single standard action. Therefore, either you have to move first... or you can only move a 5' step during the readied action (if you do not move ahead of time).
Arturo, you can flank, but you still cannot deal your sneak attack/precision damage-- concealment of any kind blocks that. You can only get the +2 to hit. " A rogue cannot sneak attack while striking a creature with concealment." However, I am still researching other precision damage. I apologize if this is causing confusion. I will keep reading, and report before I finalize moves. I am guessing that the intent is that concealment negates all precision damage.
Also, yes, I had to "lockwood" him, as my text described his move, but I forgot to move him.

Einhardt again attacks into the area where the blood is pooling, and all can see her grab something and shake. Arturo sinks to the ground, his scimitar coated in blood. Relief floods his face. He pants and wipes the sweat from his brow as Ophiuchus rifles through the bucket of innards for some feathers. Then a smile slowly creeps onto his face.
"Ha," the deadpan laugh escapes his lips unbidden, but more follow, "Ha! Ha ha ha! Ha ha ha ha ha ha!" Arturo rises and kicks the barbarian's corpse once, twice then thrice for good measure.
"Take that! You filthy little sneak!" Arturo spins around to face his companions, "Well done, my friends! I think we should get Einhardt on the case earlier next time, though. But yes! A hard battle and well fought. Strong Brute, I think you are most deserving of the more magical spoils of war - that axe for instance. 14 wand charges all up. Cheap for what we achieved? Maybe, maybe not!

The brute wakes up groggily, shaking his head a few times. Seeing Vox and Jaender also looking quite the worse for wear, he nods upon seeing the crumpled form of the goblin barbarian with the strange devices implanted in its head. The large man sighs in contentment as the wand is used on him, his wounds slowly closing up, a legacy of faint scars the only sign of the grievous assault he just endured.
He looks at the axe doubtfully, seeming to clutch his scythe tighter. "What does the axe do?"
Considering that by itself, a +1 ax would have a sell value of 1,150 plus half base, I'd consider 14 CLW charges a steal! :)

Jaender accepts the wand charges with a smile, grateful to have such things at the groups disposal.
He sits, much like Arturo, suddenly exhausted. Not just exhausted from the physical exertion it took to take this beast down, but suddenly weary. They had only been in this laboratory for a few minutes, and already nearly every one of his friends, including himself, had come dangerously close to death's door.
"I fear our magiks may run short before we are through cleaning the filth from this place." Jaender kicks at the goblin as well when he references the filth of the place.
He takes a deep breath and stands back up, all 3 feet of his puny stature.
"Well, there's nothin for it then. Might as well be moving on. Can't say I've got it in me to quit now."

Roudantaimi looks at the augmented goblin, not sure what he should feel. Anger? Or pity? "Whoever creates these... experiments, he must be mad. Goblins or not, this is... not right! We best put an end to this madness," he says, unusually dark expression on his face.

Axe
spellcraft: Ophiuchus: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
spellcraft: Jaender: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
feather
spellcraft: Ophiuchus: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12
DC on the feather token is 27 -- they are caster level 12? - I'll say Poochie was aiding you in determining what it was)Evidently, the feather can turn into a small bird able to deliver a message tied to its foot.
The two casters cannot figure out the exact enchantment of the axe, but it doesn't look particularly strong. But, Strong Brute, remember that the battleaxe is small sized, so will be -2 to hit with. You are still better off, probably, with your scythe. Might be a good backup weapon for Roudi, though (assume it is just a +1).
Arturo looks at the vials in the goblin's head, but doesn't think that he'll be able to recover anything... the vials look pretty well depleted, and while you think you can remove them, it doesn't look like there will be enough to do anything. Also, he can't figure out the delivery system.
Arturo then plays with the doors to the south, but cannot figure out how to unlock them. Of course, then Strong Brute comes over, gives them a look, and just shows him that they are unlocked.

West! Doors to the west. Arturo specifically doesn't want to go through the "ominous looking" double doors just yet! Regular door to the west please.
Arturo flushes in embarrassment for being unable to unlock an already unlocked door, "Erm... after you, then." Arturo bows to Strong Brute. He's surprised when the plucky and weird-looking (but amazingly charismatic) Wayang strides forth to scout the darkness beyond.

As you look through the bore hole to the south, you see a little more (in case you would like to go that way, instead!).
This crumbling cavern looks like it was made by some sort of drilling device that tore through the surrounding stone. A large pool of stagnant water fills part of the cavern, fed by a rivulet that runs from the ceiling. Thick sheets of webbing hang from the roof of the cave.
Jeander (the curious?) pokes his head in, stealthily, so see what he can see. (if you want to move your minis, to where you would like to be...)
