Christmas time coming up... Please note I'll be away from a computer from Friday until Monday night. after that, I'll have a hard time posting regularly until the new year starts.

Hopefully everyone is having a great time over the holidays. I'll try to get things back on a close to daily update schedule in the new year.

I do have an announcement for anyone that follows Kobold Press (and you all should, their material is fabulous). The finalists for the Valhalla Calling adventure proposal contest have been announced and I have the good fortune of being one of the finalists. There are some great pitches so good luck with your choices if you decide to vote.

I will be mostly out of touch this weekend.

I am going to be back. It may just not be until Sunday. Been a busier stretch than I expected over the last week and I'm going skiing with one of my sons tomorrow. Will get something up as soon as I can.

I'll be mostly away from a computer until Monday, so posting will be accidental. Feel free to move along without me if needed. I'll catch up.

No problem. I'll bot you if we get that far. I'm camping with my son's scout troop Friday night and Saturday and I have Pathfinder Society to run on Sunday, so while I expect to post updates (pending actions) today and tomorrow, I'll be lucky to get an update up sometime during the weekend.

I keep on checking the campaign, but cannot post anything until GM L/L posts the action for the enemies as it is their turn. After that it is me.

However if people are wanting to stop the campaign, then I shall comply.

It would be sad to see it stop but I think we need to end it, it was a nice run.

Jo killed the last visible enemy. If you guys want to continue, you're out of initiative and its your turn.

IMHO, I have really enjoyed this campaign when it is going. I think we really need the GM to run the show a little and prompt actions by the players. I check back regularly but rarely check the discussion section. I find myself checking more and more infrequently as time passes because there are never any updates.

I just noticed I posted as my primary Alias (Faelar Braegen) So thought I should just say that it was me, to avoid any confusion.

Okay, just to let everybody know I will be away from any internet connection next week between Monday and Friday. So feel free to GMPC my character as you see fit and that matches my current play style.

Hello, please allow me to introduce myself. My character is Talia, a gnome summoner. GM Lictor Lane mentioned there was a vacancy in the group and I jumped at the chance to join, this sounds like a fun game. Looking forward to adventuring all of you, and you seem to be getting off to a good start against these Bastards of Erebus. Let's get 'em!

The other half of this is that we're losing Coran. He may come back someday so I'll GM PC his character through the battle with the Bastards and then he will at least temporarily go off and work with his mentor.

Oh, that's a bummer. I hope he can come back at some point.

He said he's just gotten too busy. This was the last one he was holding onto. But, he did want me to leave it open for him to come back.

I am hoping to come back, I just got a promotion and the next 3 months are just going to be non stop ending with me running at GenCon. I am hoping after that I can bring Coran back in. I want to say it has been a blast playing with everyone and I will see you again.

Welcome CHH - This is a fun campaign so far. I could be one of the last remaining originals. Jo is a unique individual who does not follow normal convention and can act erratically. Don't take offense to his actions personally, he is just simple.

Jo, I think you are the last original till Coran comes back. And I'm very interested to see what he thinks of Talia and her friend.

Fortunately, the Bastards may be keeping you on your toes.

So after June 7th my schedule should be freeing up so Coran can make a come back then.

I am not sure this is going to continue. No word from the GM for two and a half weeks.

I am even starting to check this less and less frequently. Maybe check it for another week and if still nothing, then I will assume it is dead.

I have tried checking Lane's other thread to see if he is active (not an easy task) and have seen little activity from him. Not sure what is going on. It is a shame. Jo will have to move on to other campaigns I guess... :-(

I've sent a message to see if the game is still on. Hopefully we'll get a reply.

yeah, I never understood why this campaign is so neglected. That's why I just bowed out. The GM is still posting on his pirate threads though he did state that he's really busy lately.

Seems like the GM is over-extended. I remember he expected the ability to post at least once per day. It is a shame, I wanted to see what this AP was like before running it for my table group. It has been going on two years and we are not even through the first module.

Yeah and we are close to the end of it, if I am remembering right.

I am counting this campaign as dead and won't be checking back on it again. I hope everyone manages to find other campaigns that they will enjoy.

I think we should give him a bit more time. GM is a player in some of my games, and he says he will be back, I think he is just getting caught up on some RL things.

It would be a shame if this game dies. If it does, and any of you can keepa brisk schedule, you might be able to get into Baldwin's CoT game.(Perhaps just 1 though)
