Let's do this in rounds. All the precasting is included, so we are basically starting from the the point you teleport.
Doro: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
Gregor: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20
Niculaie: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19
Pontia: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20
Tara: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
Vivian: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12
Werewolf: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Round 1: (Bold may act)
Gregor (5 mirror images, 8 min; Shield 10 rounds)
Pontia
Niculaie (cat's grace, shield, vanish 3 rounds)
Tara (vanish, 5 rounds)
Vivian (vanish, 4 rounds)
Red Werewolf:
Yellow Werewolf:
Pink Werewolf:
Green Werewolf:
Doro (+4 to fear effects and +4 vs charms within 10')
Gregor Giles
Gregor feels his blood begin to boil, gripping his mother's fauchard with white knuckles. He moves towards the closest wolves and reaches for their legs, trying to knock them prone.
I placed myself on the map.
Trip vs Green, Raging: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (20) + 23 = 43
AoO from trip, if applicable: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (7) + 15 = 22
Damage, if applicable: 1d10 + 22 ⇒ (9) + 22 = 31
Trip vs Pink, Raging: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (20) + 23 = 43
AoO from trip, if applicable: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (1) + 15 = 16
Damage, if applicable: 1d10 + 22 ⇒ (4) + 22 = 26

Niculaie Pavlencas
Nothing's in bold - looks like everyone but Doro can go? Also, if we're starting from when Pontia teleports with Doro and Gregor, that means Niculaie, Vivian, and Tara are two rounds ahead (spent running), so Niculaie has 1 round of vanish left, Vivian 2, Tara 3. Niculaie will start climbing one Pontia lowers the rope of climbing.
Pontia Canario
I put Pontia on the board.
Before the start of the round:
After the count of twelve, Pontia stands between Gregor and Doro, intones the syllables of a spell, and reaches up to put her hands on their shoulders. With the completion of the spell, the world twists around the three of them, and they appear on the roof with a rush of displaced air.
Round 1:
The wizard rushes to the north (I think) edge of the roof and lowers the rope of climbing.
GM Fuzzfoot
Yep - I misspoke, I meant to say rounds starting with the movement. But this works - we will fast forward to round 3.
Side note: @Gregor - your build has cause me to spend almost 2 hours on a single post! Nice build - very tricky. Never saw Dirty Fighting before - it works very well here. Really troublesome in PbP, though - too many opportunities for AoO and I don't want to have to wait for you to decide on each whether or not you will take it. So please try to address each opportunity as if you don't know what happens next.
Niculaie, Vivian and Tara work their way around the building to approach from the north. Invisibly, they run for the edge.
Round 1:
Niculaie Stealth: 1d20 + 6 + 20 ⇒ (17) + 6 + 20 = 43
Tara Stealth: 1d20 + 6 + 20 ⇒ (17) + 6 + 20 = 43
Vivian Stealth: 1d20 + 6 + 20 ⇒ (17) + 6 + 20 = 43
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
The wolves know you are out there, and their senses are heightened, but the vanishing trick works well enough that they aren't able to target you specifically.
Round 2:
Niculaie Stealth: 1d20 + 6 + 20 ⇒ (14) + 6 + 20 = 40
Tara Stealth: 1d20 + 6 + 20 ⇒ (16) + 6 + 20 = 42
Vivian Stealth: 1d20 + 6 + 20 ⇒ (15) + 6 + 20 = 41
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
Round 3:
Niculaie Stealth: 1d20 + 6 + 20 ⇒ (8) + 6 + 20 = 34
Tara Stealth: 1d20 + 6 + 20 ⇒ (1) + 6 + 20 = 27
Vivian Stealth: 1d20 + 6 + 20 ⇒ (7) + 6 + 20 = 33
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19
The runners make it to the edge of the lower building.
Pontia casts her Dimension door spell, whisking Doro and Gregor to the roof. Then she moves to the north edge and drops her rope.
Gregor is ready to act as soon as he appears on the roof. Due to his crazy long arms, he has a large area of control, and he attempts to trip Green and Pink, and does so quite easily. As Green falls, Gregor follows up with a severe smack to its head, almost knocking him out.
The wolves act. Green transforms into a regular looking wolf. This is a move-equivalent action, but it is unclear if it provokes. I am going to say it does. The wolf then stands up. Again provoking.
Pink drops its crossbow, draws its sword, steps in 5'. As I read it, no AoO here, but drawing its sword is a move action since he is not using a regular move. It swings at Gregor, but missed by a lot.
Attack, longsword: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
Yellow moves 10' toward Doro, avoiding Gregor's range, drawing his longsword as well. He attempts to bite Doro instead, but gets nowhere with the attack.
Attack, bite: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
Red fires a crossbow at Pontia. The silver bolt flies just past her ear, harmlessly into the night. He drops the crossbow, and moves toward her, drawing his sword.
Ranged attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
At this point, it is Doro' turn, and then we start round 4, which is the first point at which Niculaie can start climing. So I am assuming his action is to climb, with Vivian's assistance. He is visible as he starts, although at this point I doubt it matters. If he accepts the -5 accelerated penalty, takes 10 with assistance, and assuming the rope is knotted, he should be able to reach the top in 2 move actions, so by the end of his turn. He is prone at the top, though.
Round 3: (Bold may act)
Doro (+4 to fear effects and +4 vs charms within 10')
Round 4: (Bold may act)
Pontia
Niculaie (cat's grace, shield, climbing - prone on roof )
Vivian (vanish, 1 rounds, aided climb)
Tara (vanish, 2 rounds)
Gregor (5 mirror images, 8 min; Shield 8 rounds remain)
Red Werewolf:
Yellow Werewolf:
Pink Werewolf (prone)
Green Werewolf (prone, 21 dmg)
Doro (+4 to fear effects and +4 vs charms within 10')
Niculaie Pavlencas
"Thank you, Pontia, Vivian. Now let's make certain that Tara makes it up safely."
Dorotian 'Doro' Andalar
Doro stands silver dagger in hand in his heavy armor and looks at the snarling werewolf. You would do well to throw down your weapons and leave. We are not here for you, but the Whispering way. You will find me a more than capable combatant. he says as he lashes out with his dagger twice. He takes a step to the side, positioning himself to keep the werewolf with the red bandana from advancing on Pontia.
first attack: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (16) + 14 = 301d4 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
second attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 171d4 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Gregor Giles
Wow, that's a lot of time. In general Gregor will take the first AoOs that present themselves and will either 1) trip, if possible or 2) hit them if they can't be tripped. He would also hit them if he thinks he can kill them with that hit, and would more often trip if he feels he has enough AoOs to use an extra one when they fall prone. Also, I forgot to subtract 5 from my second attack due to the fact that it was an iterative.
Gregor feels the thrill of battle quickening his veins. As green transforms, he loads up his hips and swings his fauchard.
AoO vs Green while transforming: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (7) + 15 = 22
Damage: 1d10 + 22 ⇒ (7) + 22 = 29 Not bypassing any DR. None of my attacks do.
Step, feint, kill. The scent of blood is in the air, and Gregor's teeth drip red from his barbarian chew. His eyes glow bright and yellow, pulsing to the beat of his fiery heart.
Lots of conditional statements! Hope everything is clear.
Attack vs Green, if still alive, otherwise trip vs yellow: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (1) + 15 = 16 +8 more if it was a trip attempt
AoO attack if Green was dead and it was a successful trip vs yellow: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (19) + 15 = 34 I believe Doro would also get to take an AoO if yellow was tripped
Crit confirm on the above, just in case: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (2) + 15 = 17
Damage, either way: 1d10 + 22 ⇒ (2) + 22 = 24
Extra damage if there was a crit: 1d10 + 22 ⇒ (10) + 22 = 32 And DC 19 Fort save or staggered for one round due to Sickening Critical
----
Iterative, attack vs Green, if still alive, otherwise trip vs yellow, unless yellow is already prone, in which case attack vs yellow: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28 + 8 more if it was a trip attempt
AoO attack if it was a successful trip: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (15) + 15 = 30 I believe Doro would also get to take an AoO if yellow was tripped
Crit confirm if it was an attack and not a trip: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28
Damage, either way: 1d10 + 22 ⇒ (9) + 22 = 31
Extra damage if a crit: 1d10 + 22 ⇒ (8) + 22 = 30 And DC 19 Fort save or staggered for one round due to Sickening Critical
GM Fuzzfoot
Gregor fails on the first trip attempt for yellow, but succeeds on the later, and then impales him on the ground. (No need to award Doro an AoO it seems.)
Round 4: (Bold may act)
Pontia
Niculaie (cat's grace, shield, climbing - prone on roof )
Vivian (vanish, 1 rounds, aided climb)
Tara (vanish, 2 rounds)
Gregor (5 mirror images, 8 min; Shield 8 rounds remain)
Red Werewolf
Pink Werewolf (prone)
Doro (+4 to fear effects and +4 vs charms within 10')
Pontia Canario
Pontia gestures fluidly with one hand, calling on the powers of her conjuration focus. A black haze forms in the air and streaks towards the red werewolf! At just the wrong time, the rope jerks under her other hand, throwing off her aim.
RTA acid dart, incl. penalty for firing into melee: 1d20 + 5 - 4 ⇒ (6) + 5 - 4 = 7
Tara Eliade
Grasping the rope in her two hands, Tara begins to make her ascent. She scrambles up the wall, louder than strictly necessary but clings to the rope like a lifeline.
Climb: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (6) + 0 = 6
GM Fuzzfoot
Pontia's dart flies off into the distance, and Tara makes slow progress up the rope.
The werewolves are starting to worry. Red and yellow both attack Doro flashing both steel and teeth. Doro bravely and deftly turns aside each attack!
Red takes 5' step, but Yellow is still prone.
Red, Sword: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16
Red, Bite: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Yellow, Sword: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
Yellow, Bite: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Pink tries to stand up and cautiously approach Gregor (5' step). (AoO for standing, so go ahead and resolve that before I continue.)
GM Fuzzfoot
The cut is deep, but not deep enough. Pink tries to stab the bloodrager.
Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17
The wolfman shrugs, as attacking this man appears to be rather pointless.
Round 4: (Bold may act)
Doro (+4 to fear effects and +4 vs charms within 10')
Round 5: (Bold may act)
Pontia
Niculaie (cat's grace, shield, climbing - prone on roof )
Vivian
Tara (vanish, 1 rounds)
Gregor (5 mirror images, 8 min; Shield 8 rounds remain)
Red Werewolf:
Pink Werewolf (16 dmg)
Edit: Yellow is clearly dead based on the damage. I am not sure how I missed that...
Gregor Giles
Wouldn't it be a good idea to keep one of them alive? We're still not sure what clan they're in. The thought idly crosses Gregor's mind as he hacks away furiously with his fauchard. He targets the red werewolf, as this one is getting close to Pontia.
Trip vs red: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (18) + 23 = 41
AoO, if applicable: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (3) + 15 = 18
Damage: 1d10 + 22 ⇒ (3) + 22 = 25
Iterative Attack vs red: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (15) + 10 = 25
Damage: 1d10 + 22 ⇒ (2) + 22 = 24
Mirror image 5/5, rage 17/20, Shield 7/10, AoOs 2/3
Dorotian 'Doro' Andalar
Doro side steps once again putting himself between the Werewolf and Pontia. He says nothing this time as he slashes out twice with the silver dagger.
attack 1: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (15) + 14 = 291d4 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
attack 2: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 111d4 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Niculaie Pavlencas
Niculaie clambers to his feet and steps onto the roof proper, away from the ledge, drawing his bow as he moves.
GM Fuzzfoot
Thanks to Doro's silver dagger, and Gregors sheer ferocity, the red wolf drops to the ground, bleeding profusely.
As the rest of you climb up top, the last wolfman withdraws and jumps to the ground, then running for the woods.
Dorotian 'Doro' Andalar
With a nod at the Niculaie as he climbs onto the roof, knowing the others arent up yet, Doro strides towards the only entrance and exit on the roof, the spiral staircase.
GM Fuzzfoot
The spiral stairs rise steeply, coiling around the tower’s exterior. A scant three feet wide, in many places the stairs have been left worn and dangerously crumbling from weathering.
The spiral stairs begin 50 feet above the ground, and climb another 90 feet. The stairs are precarious and have no rails to prevent a fall. Any creature ascending the stairs must make a DC 15 Climb check to avoid falling to the ground below.
Tara Eliade
Hoisting herself over onto the solid surface, Tara appears with the grace of a beached whale. "Okay, made it. Where are the people shooting at us?" she asks, standing up and brushing the dust and dirt from her vestments.
Gregor Giles
"Okay, made it. Where are the people shooting at us?"
"They've been sent into the next world, Pharisman." Gregor seems different, not his usual polite self. His lips curl upwards, and his voice is half snarl. If you didn't already know him, you might take him for some kind of monster. "Looks like one of them is still twitching," he grins, poking at it with the sharp end of his weapon. "Or maybe my eyes are just playing tricks on me." He spits on the floor near the creature.
After a few moments, Gregor's rage subsides. He wipes at his mouth, the taste of lime and horse blood still strong. "Perhaps we should see if we can identify what clan these wolves belong to? If one is indeed alive, it might be beneficial to try to wake it up in order to ascertain what we might expect to find inside." He's a bit shaky. The fight was short and easy, but it had been some time since Gregor had drawn blood. He liked using big words at times like these, to remind people that he was still human. "Bah, let us press on, before my spell is exhausted. I see that Doro has determined the climb may be difficult, perhaps we should tie one another together, and go one at a time, so that any who fall may be caught. Unless anyone has a better idea?"
Monkey fish anyone? DC 15 for all of us means someone is likely to fail, and it's a long way down.
Niculaie Pavlencas
“I agree, Vivian’s rope should make an effective railing - something to hold on to during the climb.”
Niculaie can take 10 to Climb for a 15, but others will need the -10 reduction in the DC to make it.
GM Fuzzfoot
Using the magical rope, Vivian makes a railing of sorts to help those who aren't as strong at climbing.
You can tell from the descriptions you recall that these creatures belong to the Dorzhanev clan.
Given the narrow nature of the stairs, I need a marching order and how close together you all keep.
Dorotian 'Doro' Andalar
Doro will come last, tieing the rope around himself and will keep it taut and will continue to bring the loops in around his body so if he falls he wont go far.
Gregor Giles
Seeing that Doro wants to go last, Gregor is able to go first, though he has a concern. "One of my weaknesses is when I am unable to step back and away from enemies who get too close. I can also attack over the head of someone in front of me. If someone else has respectable defenses, I would prefer to go second."
Vivian Deberth
I'll go first. Never heard a scout taking second position, after all. Besides, there might be traps, and I'm not that bad at finding them. Hopefully before I set them.
answers the redhead, with a wink
Perception, Trap, Rogue levels: 1d20 + 13 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 13 + 2 = 21
Trapfinder talent: Perception roll if 10 feet from a trap
GM Fuzzfoot
The inner wall of this vast space is traversed by a winding wooden stairway supported by an intricate network of wooden beams but lacking, at many stretches, a handrail or other enclosure. In certain places, two or even three stairs at a time are partially missing or gone altogether.
Climbing the stairs is roughly 1/2 move rate, so about 6 rounds per level of double moves, and 5-6 levels means a little less than 4 minutes to get to the top.
It looks like you should have at least a 5' or even 10' distance between you to stay safe.
As you look up, it appears there are cross timbers holding four immense bronze bells. Clearly, this is a bell tower.
Niculaie Pavlencas
Niculaie will stay at the rear to watch our backs, his bow in one hand while hanging onto the rope with the other.
Knowledge (engineering) + inspiration: 1d20 + 9 + 1d6 ⇒ (12) + 9 + (2) = 23
“Better not cluster too close together on these aged stairs, my friends! We should leave at least five feet between each of us, and ten feet would be better.”
Dorotian 'Doro' Andalar
Agreed, further I believe everyone should cut a length of their own non-magical rope they carry and tie it to themselves and then tie it to this magical rope, except for the first and last, whho should tie the magical rope to themselves. so if anyone falls off, the combined stability and strength of the others can keep him safe. until he can get back stable.
Niculaie Pavlencas
Does the rope of climbing need to anchor itself to something fixed at one end? Or is it just that it can anchor itself to something fixed?
Vivian Deberth
Here is the description of the Rope of Climbing: A 60-foot-long rope of climbing is no thicker than a wand, but it is strong enough to support 3,000 pounds. Upon command, the rope snakes forward, upward, downward, or in any other direction at 10 feet per round, attaching itself securely wherever its owner desires. It can unfasten itself and return in the same manner.
A rope of climbing can be commanded to knot or unknot itself. This causes large knots to appear at 1-foot intervals along the rope. Knotting shortens the rope to a 50-foot length until the knots are untied, but lowers the DC of Climb checks while using it by 10. A creature must hold one end of the rope when its magic is invoked.
GM Fuzzfoot
Sorry, that last post was actually for a different game (they are also climbing a long set of stairs.
So I have Vivian first, Niculae and Doro in the rear, Gregor presumably second, and I guess Pontia in the middle with Tara? Are you tethering together or not?
Niculaie Pavlencas
Why not just tether together with your long and everyone can just hang onto the rope of climbing separately?
Gregor Giles
"Ahh, if only I had taken the time to learn that spell myself." Too busy crying my eyes out and feeling sorry for myself. Gregor withdraws his rope and tries to hurry through cutting and tying sections of it. His mirror image spell will run out in a few minutes, and he'd like to make the most of it.
GM Fuzzfoot
OK, so you tether each other together, with Vivan leading, followed by Gregor, Pontia, Niculae, Tara and finally Doro in the rear. You are adjacent, which still means as much as 5' apart - not quite enough for Covid restrictions, but it will work here.
The spiral stairs rise steeply, coiling around the tower’s exterior. A scant three feet wide, in many places the stairs have been left worn and dangerously crumbling from weathering. Supporting each other, though, you manage to make the climb.
As Vivian climbs the last few stairs, she meets resistance that seems to have been expecting you.
Just beneath the observatory at the top of the tower, a series of 10-foot-high arches breaks the perimeter of the column, forming a crude monopteron. The floor is inlaid with a butterfly mosaic, more protected from the ravages of time by the roof above it. To the north, a flight of
stone stairs leads up to an opening in the ceiling.
Three silverhides attack you, with yellow charging at Vivian, and the others fighting through slats trying to reach Gregor and Niculae. (50% cover)
