I'll be going Oracle, I can't resist access to the next level of spells at this point. Clement may grab the dagger for now, since it's a weapon upgrade. He can pass it off to Rhesus later as a backup weapon.
I'm traveling today, but will post Clem's level up this evening.

@Everyone: I know Clem grabbed the +1 light fortification breastplate, but given the gold we just distributed, he's going to swap that for a +1 mithral breastplate. Let me know if folks are short any gold, it wasn't intentional to grab armor and then immediately sell it but figured now was a good time to stop being medium encumbered. Clem will put some gold back in the pot as needed, or buy more party scrolls with whatever gold advantage this imparted...

Do we want to kick in for some wands of CLW and the like? Mebbe a scroll of breath of life?

Rhesus Ghawn |

I have 100 gold left, as that one fight illustrated my need for a ranged weapon. You can have that, and then in our next loot cycle Bibic gets his 1k gold back from me and I'll throw some more into the pot for wands and scrolls. I do think a wand of CLW and a scroll of breath of life is a good idea.

Bibic |

Damn. I too have spent all my readies, but I suppose I can do without a Handy Haversack for now. I'd rather be without that than be without healing, and I haven't yet filled it with goodies anyway. :)
So, wand of CLW (750gp) and Scroll Breath of Life (1,125gp) will run 1,875gp / 4 means ~470gp each. I'll cover Rhesus so he owes me 1,470gp if you others can cover your ends. I'll track the wand, but Clem should have the scroll in a wrist sheath for ready action.
This means we have three wands of CLW (2chgs, 50chgs and 50chgs) and won't need to buy another for a while. :)

Clement Twice-Born |

Clem has 4410gp left, but purchasing a scroll of breath of life is usually something that I'd say depends on how a GM wants to deal with the difficulty of having the scroll in hand, closing the distance to the dead companion, and then casting the spell (two moves, one standard). Which usually means allowing scrolls to be stored in spring-loaded sheathes.
I forget if we know if GM Fanguar is a fan or against such usage?

Ya that's fine. There really needs to be some official rule to deal with the ridiculousness of that situation. If you can draw a weapon as part of a move action, you can pull a scroll out of your pocket.

Spasi Gaten |

Where are you, GM Fanguar? I enjoy this game and want to keep it up. We've been slagging more than usual, that might be holidays, but wanted to let you know that I want to continue.

Sorry about the pace. Work has been crazy for the since September and will continue to be so until the end of February. I'm just sort of exhausted.
Anyways, don't take my rate of posting as an indication to me losing interest, it's just my supply of time and energy are at all time lows. I have no intention of bailing on the game, but it'll probably continue to be slow for the next little while.

Clement Twice-Born |

The in-game chat reminds me...
Speaking of Pathfinder Society, once upon a time I mentioned issuing chronicles for playing this in campaign mode us (just me? But I think others were willing to pick IDs to assign to as well, or may have been lured back in the past year or so to play again).
@GMF: If you're still willing to, all that any of us would need is for you to have a PFS ID.
You'd also have one of each for yourself should you ever decide to dip your toe into organized play someday (they're actually pretty nice chronicles).
I'm willing to handle reporting these officially too, if folks care/desire.

Clement Twice-Born |

I can be your filing clerk.
Any of the 5 of us can download these down for PFS play on any PFS PC. They're now updated with GMF's info.
AP 1 Chronicle | AP 2 Chronicle
If this represents all your PFS-credit GMing, then, on another note you're 40% of the way to your 1st-star (4 table credits of 10). :)

Yo Peeps--
Heads up that I'll be AFK from April 8th to 19th. Going to Cuba on a Culture, Economics, and Technology junket with a board that I used to be on. More info here.
Feel free to play or GMPC my <insert yahoo's name here> for all the fun and laughs you can muster. Online access in Cuba is very rare and usually dial-up speeds so I won't be able to post much, but hope to read along when I can.
I hope to be back to posting on the 20th or so, given that I have a long trip home and will need some recovery time.
Signed,

OK, round one of the treasure. We had less than I thought, so it wasn't too hard.
The time of our last reckoning (December 10, 2015).
Greater Halflight Charm straight to Rhesus
Exotic Spices 200gp
Clay Golem Manual 12,000gp
adamantine dagger (3,002), a mithral chain shirt (1,100) and three vials clearly labeled "universal solvent” (50 ea)
Incense of Meditation 4,900
Wand of false life (CL10th, 6 charges), ring of prot +1 (2,000), amulet of natural armour +1 (2,000), lesser wings of flying (22,000)
500gp and a Golembane scarab (2,500). Also… +1 greatswords x2 (2,350 ea)
+1 composite longbow (200), +1 leather armor (1,160), ring of protection +1 (2,000)
Immovable rods x2 5,000 ea
Everyone please make a post indicating what you want of the loot. Then I’ll go through and get values for the rest and we’ll divvy the cash.
Bibic would like the lesser wings of flying but they’re really expensive so let’s sell it. That false life is useful but I'm not sure who can cast it - but we should use it if we can. Anyone want anything else?

Clement Twice-Born |

The wings of flying are definitely something we should keep. Shouldn't Rhesus take those so he can melee flying foes while Bibic and Spasi shoot at them from range?
I imagine we should keep the rings of protection +1 and amulet of natural armor +1 as more AC is always good. I don't see a ring yet on Rhesus while he has an amulet +2. Clem will grab the other ring +1 and amulet +1 as I imagine we're "front line" more than our ranged folks.
What do you guys think about the immovable rods? Sometimes those open some creative gaming options.

Spasi Gaten |

Bibic, thank you for doing this. You rockify.
Spasi will take the wand of false life and that's it.
I should be back to normal posting on Wednesday.

Rhesus Ghawn |

For myself a ring +1. The wings we should keep, but I can look to get my own set as well. I'll be buying a backup melee weapon for getting deswallowed as well.

Bibic |

Looks fine to me.
Frankly I think there are other flying tools which are better. Keep in mind this thing only gives you a 30' fly speed at a -4 on the fly skill. So they're not great, and 22,000gp is a lot. That said, I'm fine if Rhesus wants to try and wear them a bit so he can work on his fly skill until we get something better.
I agree the immovable rods could be fun, but I don't like carrying around a ton of 'maybe' items when I could be sporting a better bow, or Rhesus better armor, etc. Happy if folks disagree though, immovable rods could be fun.
So with keeping the two rings +1, the amulet +1, the wand of false life, and the wings of flying (for now), we sell everything else I think.
The means a pool of 700 in cash and 37,362 in prizes. Also known as 19,381 in cash after the sale. That means 4,845gp for each of us.
If everyone is still cool with that, take your money and lets do some shopping! :)

Rhesus Ghawn |

I agree the wings aren't great but, as you say, gives me an excuse to put points in Fly until we get the chance at something better. Although I think we could just as easily sell the wings and get some potions?

Spasi Gaten |

Totally think someone who is not Spasi should keep and use the janky Wings of Bubo (another 80s movie you bastards) because they are janky wings.
I should be back to mostly normal posting now.

GM Fanguar, is it acceptable to pay for the difference in upgrade of my headband of Int +2 to +4?

Clement Twice-Born |

Updated to add the ring +1 and amulet +1 to Clement's profile.
1690gp + 4845gp = 6535gp.
If anyone has an extra 1500gp after shopping to bring Clem up to 8000gp, Clem's springing for a pair of boots of escape if they are available in Magnimar.

Rhesus Ghawn |

Let's put a Ring of Electricity resistance (minor) to the sell pot, that's 6,000/4=1500 each.
The wings of flying interfere with my cloak of resistance, and I'd rather have the Will save, so if Bibic doesn't want them we can keep them so I can work on my Flying skill once a day or sell them.

Bibic |

I'm going to improve my bow from +1 to +2 at a cost of 6,000gp. That's pretty much the cash I have, so we'll call it a day after that leaving me a few hundred for odds and ends like drinking!
Bibic practices with one of his backup bows a little while he waits for his to be finished. He keeps his head down, feeling a little naked without his main weapon.
Let's keep the wings for now and use them for practice - so when we level next folks can, if they wish, put points into fly. Then we'll sell it. If no one is planning on taking the skill though, we could sell it now. I'm easy either way - I'm not taking points in fly next level so I don't need it.

Clement Twice-Born |

Maybe after much discourse for the evening, we talk ourselves into selling it, and Spasi picks up a scroll with several Fly spells scribed upon it to send Rhesus airborn if needed for a future harpy/wyvern/etc fight?
With the extra 1500gp plus Clem's 6535gp he sits at 8035gp and invests in a pair of boots of escape given his near brush with death.
