All, my wife had an emergency surgery done last Thursday night and now can't carry more than a jug of milk, so my posting will be sporadic for the next week or two.
Take all the time you need and take good care of your wife! I'm sure things are not out of the woods yet, but I'm glad to know she's at least okay now.
I hope that she's okay! We'll be here whenever you're able to post, but no worries if things are slow/stopped for awhile until she recovers.

I think that plan makes a lot of sense. There's not much Gamon can do to prep aside from letting you cast things on him, but he's definitely willing to wait and let that happen before we run in.

The only other prep work I can see being done is casting Protection from Evil from Jolon, but even that might not be necessary...

After we finish this book Nicolai would like to take some time off and work on learning new spells and creating some magic items. I can craft scrolls, wands, and wondrous items. If anybody would like something crafted let me know.
Gamon will definitely take him up on that, I didn't realize how much gold he had saved up so I need to figure out what's worth getting.

Levitate only allows you to move vertically up or down, it doesn't allow you to move horizontally unless you have something to pull yourself along or something to push off of.
Haste doubles your movement (up to +30'), gives you a +1 bonus to attack rolls and a +1 Dodge bonus to AC and Reflex saves, and if you use the full attack action it grants you 1 extra attack at your full BAB plus any additional appropriate modifiers.
This post may be unnecessary, but I would just like to re-iterate that despite playing an evil character I will not be trying to ruin anyone's fun. I am very opposed to someone's RP making other's people's game play miserable because they're "being true to their character." I find that rude and selfish, and I refuse to be "that person" at the table.

There is now a loot list linked at the top of the page with all the current items we've found in the hospice/temple.
Okay everyone, I updated the loot list and put Nicolai's name next to everything he's interested in.
Since both Gamon and Jolon expressed interest in Nicolai creating belts of constitution and since there are two of them, each of them should get one.
I was thinking of selling the headbands of intelligence and wisdom and creating a headband more suited for Nicolai (don't need Stealth) and creating a belt of dexterity of Aloysia, thereby keeping it revenue neutral.
Go ahead and check out the list and maybe we can hash things out before the game picks up again.
I didn't notice this originally, thank you for putting it together! I'm fine with that, and would be interested in the +2 Breastplate as well if nobody else wants it, but he has a +1 right now so nbd if he doesn't get that.
You could take the +2 and give your +1 to Jolon who I don't think has magic armor.

Ok, so here's my situation now. My new job has me on a 4-10 schedule and I've got an hour drive to and from work. Normally I'd log in from work during down time, but I don't have access to google drive or outside sites because of the products being built. I'm going to try and figure out how I'll be able to keep running games with the lack of time.
Yikes. I can relate. I usually have to spend 2-3 hours waiting around after I'm done working before I can go home...take your time and we'll be here when you're ready.
I'm really sorry about this everyone, but I'm going to be dropping all of my games. I just don't have the bandwidth to run games with the new job, my one year old, and another on the way (my wife's nesting instincts are running hard which means all sorts of house projects for me to do).
You guys are a great group and I wish I could keep running the game. All that's left of the second book is the conclusion, so when you pick up a new GM it shouldn't be too difficult to get up and going again. Nicolai has also volunteered to take over GMing for a bit, though I am unsure if he wants to be the new permanent GM. Good luck all.

Hey all, this is Nicolai's GM alias. A thought's been niggling in the back of my mind about some of the treasure and unloading it on the open market, specifically the Grey Maiden's armor. I'm thinking it's specific enough that trying to sell it would raise some eyebrows among the citizenry.
If only there was someone among you who had a way to find a buyer unscrupulous enough to purchase them .
