Question: I remember going into T17, but I can't remember what we found in there (other than a creature).

Treasure. You divided it up after the rouge picked the lock. Mostly gold and gems not much use to you now. There was also a set of horseshoes of
speed, a single dose of sovereign glue, a +1 cold iron heavy mace,
a potion of cure moderate wounds, a potion of gaseous form, and
a single application of oil of invisibility.

Ok, so I see the format thing at the bottom to format text differently but I don't know how to actually use that, do I actually type "[dice]1d20+5" and it will automatically show up in the post as a die roll? Same for typing bold, is it "[bold]The door doesn't seem to be trapped, let's go!"

Provided I did everything correctly, everyone in the party should now be affected by haste. That means:

- "When making a full attack action, a hasted creature may make one extra attack with one natural or manufactured weapon. The attack is made using the creature's full base attack bonus, plus any modifiers appropriate to the situation."

- +1 to attack

- +1 dodge bonus to AC

- "All of the hasted creature's modes of movement (including land movement, burrow, climb, fly, and swim) increase by 30 feet, to a maximum of twice the subject's normal speed using that form of movement."

How long does this smoke last?

I checked the APG. It never actually specifies the duration of the smoke. I would assume 1 round because that is the rule for smoke pellets.

Item says its a smokestick so its 1 min.

So attacks from within 5 feet have a 20% miss chance.
Attacks from farther away have 50% miss chance.

Ah damn, sorry bout that. I was going with the one round assumption as well since it only affects a five foot square like a smoke pellet.

Yeah that was my thought process. The 50% miss chance is firing into the smoke from farther away. There's no penalty from firing through?

PRD:
To determine whether your target has concealment from your ranged attack, choose a corner of your square. If any line from this corner to any corner of the target's square passes through a square or border that provides concealment, the target has concealment.

So, if you shot through the square with the smoke it provides the target total concealment.

Just an FYI for everyone. Steve has benefited from haste for 5 rounds now, he won't be hasted in the next round (it's a 3rd level scroll, so 5th level caster, 5 rounds). Because of order, it might be different for some characters, but check that it won't be a 6th round for your character.

Is it at all possible to get a map with the updated locations where everyone is? Just a little unclear of who's still standing and all. Or maybe since there's smoke and everything even just an update on which baddies are still alive/standing, would help.

Gareth: FYI you will provoke from the priest due to the action plus the Herald when you move from your current square.

Another thing: Since you moved with the priest you can not 5 foot step back.

per the PRD: You can move 5 feet in any round when you don't perform any other kind of movement. Taking this 5-foot step never provokes an attack of opportunity. You can't take more than one 5-foot step in a round, and you can't take a 5-foot step in the same round that you move any distance.

If you want you can use your move action to get to P,6 (you can still draw your sword) but you will provoke 2 more AoO from the two priests.

Do you want to change your action at all?
