Ulfgurd Strongarm - Dwarf. Brother of Ulfgard, long time transplant to Heldren. His stepfather was Dorn who ran the smith in Heldren for many, many years.
Vivialla Steranus - She runs a brisk business as the owner of Heldren's General Store.
Orillus Davigen - called Old Timer because of his age and his inclination for tinkering with the clock at the town hall.
Tessaraea Willowbark - Elf. She runs the Willowbark Apothecary. Moved to Heldren 25 years ago.
Argus Goldtooth - Dwarf. Town Barber and Dentist. He is also a self-proclaimed healer, and while he is good in a way, he mostly just slaps a leech on you. He is often seen in the company of Tessaraea Willowbark.
Menander Stoat and Kale Garimos - This husband and wife team runs The Silver Stoat. Heldren's premiere (only) tavern.
Brag Ironfoot - Dwarf. Brewer. He runs a still behind the tavern. He has two beautiful dwarven daughters: Olfa and Ona. His famous Three Devil Ale is made with imported Chelish hops.
Sophia Imirras - She runs the livery stable, offering horses (and one pony) for sale or hire. She also has two carts, a wagon, and an extremely fancy carriage for hire. The carriage was a reward for stopping a newly broken stallion from crushing a nobleman and is used for most town weddings.
The Lady - A beautiful statue in the center of town. Carved of pale, blue stone, the statue depicts a lovely woman.
Ionnia Teppen - Leader of the village council and de facto mayor of Heldren.
Elder Natharen Safander - Cleric of Erastil, and tender of Heldren's church. The church has shrines to Erastil, Abadar, Gozreh, Pharasma, and Sarenrae.
Zaarida Safander - Natharen's wife. She is a Qadiran native and devout worshiper of Sarenrae.
Tengezil Frimbocket - Gnome. Carpenter. Wild electric blue hair.
Alexius Demetri and Lycio Vallant - They run the sawmill, and thanks to the high demand from surrounding cities, are the richest citizens of Heldren. Their large house is affectionately known as Sawmill Manor.
Perkin Tarimm - Halfling. Goes by the Butcher of Jalrune and tells saucy tales of his life as a Zimar corsair before retiring. Perkin is good with chickens and pigs, but it widely believed that he was not, in fact, a pirate though he may have been a minor bandit at some point. He is an honest butcher these days though.
Old Mother Theodora - Wise woman, soothsayer, and excellent midwife.
