The big skelie is what is known as a necrophidius. It is also a construct. It has 5/bludgeoning, an ability known as dance of death which dazes those that watch it DC 15 for 2d4 rounds, and its bite causes paralysis.

The Eagle was using its smite. Oh I guess if it is a construct not an undead, it is probably neutral not evil. Still, no point in not using smite, Eagle is only around for two rounds!

Actually Valandil, I was referring to the fact that you had accidentally mixed up its attack bonus with its damage bonus. Bite attack was supposed to be 18 and its damage was supposed to be 5. Anyway...

Just looked over all the posts for everyone's health statuses. Zanaver has lost 1, Pitbull has lost one, and Garox has lost 9 plus 2 Con damage. So Garox has 0/9 hp left if I am not mistaken, not knocked out but not quite conscious either...

Seeing Zanaver making the "grand tour" Nesterok moved to be right in front of the creature, droping his whip and taking with both hands his falchion. Then he striked.
