Dragorin casts his spell with the guidance of the earth elemental. He can't quite get the spot he would ideally like due to his angle relative to the 30' tall building, but he thinks he caught her in the blast.
The remaining Mohrg pushes the oread back as he leaps back on top of the man, lashing out at Basalte with his claws and tongue.

Flinders glances at Dagorin and Halbarad. "Shall we adjorn to the roof?"
If they agree, Flinders will let Hal (come out of delay) move closer, five foot toward Dagorin, then DDoor up to the roof.

![]() |

Good question. Flinders would five foot to Dag, so he'd have his full set of actions still. Hal would have to use a move, so I assume he still has a standard, as Flinders will have a move left after the spell.

GM Bold Strider |

But since Pathfinder is turn-based, one of them would have to move to you and end their turn and then the other would before your ready action would go off. So I would think one person would get actions after the teleport? (The second person to move to you).
Also, if you wanted to keep your move action after the teleport, then you would be the only one to get actions as the other two had to move to you, then you take your turn to case the spell.
Is this right?
Edit: Wait, did you already 5' step to Dragorin? (I was thinking you did from skimming your post. I think that's wrong though.) If not, then you can hold action, Halbarad moves to you, you 5' step/tele with Drag/Hal and you have a move and Drag has a full set of actions. Yes?

![]() |

Don't worry too much Hal, I knew Basalte would become "the Risen" one day. ;)

![]() |

So, the bearded vampire-spawn is dead, correct?

![]() |

@ Basalte,
Dragorin can cast raise dead and restoration. So you'll be able to same some money. Depending on how things pan out we might be able to get you back in the game before the end of this scenario.
Dragorin nods at Flinders, Lets end this.

![]() |

I'll use prestige points to get raised, since it's half-price for a member of Osirion/Scarab Sages. I'll gladly accept a restoration when raised (the sooner the better) and another one at the end of the scenario.

@ Basalte: fair enough, that's my plan as well if I ever fall in battle. I'll be happy to contribute to your restorations then!

Actually, Basalte isn't dead yet. I was at 32/94(78) before the attack. I took two attacks for a total of 38 -2 (DR) = 36 damage, which brings me at -4. Since I have Diehard, I'm still there because I'm conscious and don't drop out of rage.

Actually, you are at -6 HP, then. The DR was factored in already. And you get a turn.
Flinders teleports the three men sans axebeak to the roof. Halbarad fires off an arrow, but it doesn't seem to hit anything.

GM Bold Strider |

@Flinders: You know that vampires can turn into animals, such as wolves or bats, but that seems unlikely as it would take her a second to do so and she wouldn't have been able to blast you so effectively.
@Basalte: Terrill took two move actions. Terrill sees what everyone else sees, I guess? I set the DC at 15 to climb the buildings and all the buildings are 30' tall to make everything easy.
