Jeb sits down in the chair and a significant amount of blood runs down the chair in crimson rivulets, combining with the blood of his compatriots. The blood seems to run down in to small troughs in the stonework and drain in various holes along the way.
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 3
What do you want, my pretties? The bird doesn't seem to appear anywhere in the room, cautious of the bomb-thrower's visible anger.

Lukas Kains |

His voice tinged with pain and frustration, Lukas calls out to the air, "Just like I said before, what is the pass phrase for the room with the two iron doors, down the hall past the pool of stinging water?"”

Celes Rose |

An investigation of this wing of the room has everyone except for the weakened Lukas seeing a glint coming from the rubble. In the rubble, the party finds a lockbox that is unlocked. Inside are two mithral daggers, however they have some weird notches along the backs of the blades.
Did we ever look for secret goodies inside the box?
Are there any exposed map areas we have yet to explore? Room numbers we have missed?

Lukas Kains |

"Wait a minute," exclaims Lukas. "We've heard the pass phrase already, maybe twice? The only other thing that spoke to us was that poor starving ghost, and he spoke to us twice. And thinking back on it, both times he finished by saying, 'Good Baron Sarvo wills it!' which sounded a little weird at the time."
He looks around excitedly, "I think that's our pass phrase! Is that it, bird?"
Took some re-reading, but that's my best guess.

Lukas Kains |

Lukas looks at his companions and asks, "Well, what do you think? I'm guessing the bird's disappearance means I got it right, but who knows? You guys ready to risk your life on the strength of my guess?"
He turns and heads back through the secret door, taking a quick look over his shoulder to see if the others are coming. When he reaches the pool of toxic goo, he holds on to the rope they've left in place and moves carefully along the ledge.
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12
Or not. Climb check to get out?
Climb: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 1 = 21 Of course.

Celes Rose |

Celes will suggest one at a time, so that way if the password is wrong then we all don't suffer any ill effects if they do happen. If something wants a password, Celes will assume that bad things happen...Besides, this whole damn place feels like a trap to her lol

Lukas Kains |

Lukas turns to Celes and says, "Well, you offered to go first. If you're still up for it, we'll wait here and cross our fingers."

GM Bold Strider |

Celes steps in the room and hears a voice echo across the chamber. "Please close the door before proceeding with the pass phrase." Celes closes the door and utters the phrase "Good Baron Sarvo Wills It". The door in front of her opens and, as soon as she steps through it, it shuts once more behind her.
The construct moves forward ten feet and speaks to you. Please present the crest for passage.
You see Celes through the bars of the door utter the password and be allowed into the next room. You think you might see something metallic in the room she just entered on the far wall.

Fu...really. They better get here soon, I don't want to take on this metal monstrosity by myself, but I welcome the challenge.
She than turns around, and yells back to the group, Get your damn butts in gear, and get the hell in here!!
Celes will raise her axe, and wait for the others to come give her backup, for she has no clue what the crest talk is about. She looks at the lever, wondering what it may do, but if she pulls it she could go more haram than good. She readies an attack if the metal beast attacks.
ready an action to rage than attack, my AC will be 17, since I get +1 didge from ynderfoot trait
readied attack Power Attack, rage rounds 1: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 181d6 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7

GM Bold Strider |

Iralynash quickly enters the room, shuts the door and recites the password. The door opens and he sees Celes with her weapon drawn. He steps into the room and the door shuts behind him. The door to the chamber unlocks audibly.
Celes' readied action fails to go off.

"Come on, quick! Something's going on in there!" cries Lukas. He darts through the first door, holding it open for his companions to follow. Once it closes behind them, he calls out, "Good Baron Sarvo wills it!" and opens the second door, skipping nimbly into the room beyond.

GM Bold Strider |

Celes steps up to attack the monstrosity and misses. The robot seems to retaliate by lashing out at her with one of its free arms.

Knowledge (engineering) is not something we've got, sadly. We'll just have to bang on it. Like engineers.

GM Bold Strider |

Iralynash goes on auto-pilot. Also, it's a construct. Should have been Arcana.
Iralynash looks unsure as to what to do against the robot as he can't identify much about it.
Arcana: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10
He draws his Lucerne Hammer and moves up behind Celes and attacks the robot, but misses.

Seeing the brutal blow the metallic creature delivers to Celes, Lukas hurries in to help. He'll probably not his so hard if he's flat on his back!
He maneuvers to the thing's other side and takes a couple of swipes at its metal legs, aiming to bring it down.
Move into flanking with Iral, avoiding AoO as I go, then Flurry of Trips!

Flurry of Trips, flank: 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 5 + 2 = 20

GM Bold Strider |

Lukas tries to trip the beast, but fails only scrabbling at one of its three stout iron legs.
If you move, how are you getting a Flurry of Maneuvers? It requires a Full Attack Action.

You're right, DM, my mistake. Only the first roll should count.

The flames wash over the machine but it doesn't seem to affect it very much. Need a save from Celes as she is in the same square as the machine.
Reflex: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
The beast follows Iralynash, the biggest threat, until his back is against the wall. The blow hits Iralynash so hard that he becomes staggered and is on the verge of passing out.
