Are you using a longspear Crab?
Yes, longspear in both hands, with unarmed strikes in kicks, knees and headbutts for anyone who decides to advance past the point.

Myth will fire at the giant spider lurking in the webs near the ceiling...

I moved your token forward a bit so you'd be within the requisite 30ft. for the sneak attack damage. c:
The thin spidery shriek is grating on the ears, but it's obvious the spider didn't like that - at all. Between the arrow, the warning, and the shrieking, your party members are happily aware of where this new foe is.
For every 5 that you beat the DC, you may ask for one piece of information from this list.

Okay, I might be a little confused. Is b2b code for something? ;A;
The spider tilts it's lower body towards Brock and shoots its white webbing all over the poor man, effectively entangling him. Still, though, the verminous creature stays up on the ceiling, effectively out of melee reach.

"One of these days, I'll have the right weapon in hand," Yagaji mutters to himself as he drops his sword free action, and pulls a club as he enters the room. He gets as close as he can before hurling the club at the vile creature.

If the spider is higher than 10ft, then chalk those rolls down to either a prepared action or an AoO, whatever your wishes, Hiyami.

The spider nearly loses its hold in the webbing, but holds fast. Now it aims its spinneret at the sole person damaging it - Myth. Fortunately, the webbing goes awry, the spider too damaged to properly aim.

Another hit! The spider drops from the webbed ceiling to which it had been clinging, the body large enough to make an audible thud as it lands.
Though you attempt to venture further into the tower’s west wing, you find it choked with rubble. There is, however, a door in the eastern wall that is still accessible.
Once past the door, you find that the stairway is unfortunately also blocked with fallen rubble. If you want to make any progress, you’re going to have to scale the outer walls of the tower.

"If someone lends me a rope, I'll see if I can climb up to the next level to see if there's a entrance there...if so I can tie off the rope and drop it back down for everyone else to climb up..."

With the rope handy, Mythryndyr makes his way up to the next level. Between him and Brock, it doesn't take overly long to get everyone else up to the second floor.
Once at the second floor landing, you find yourselves in the crumbling remains of a room that now serves as an open landing for doors in the northwest and southwest walls.
Yagajimoro Iodoma

Sword and shield in hand, Yagaji moves to the Northwest door and tries to open it. It takes him a moment to figure out that he needs to sheathe his blade first in order to try the door. He offers the group a reassuring smile as he grabs the handle.
Corbett "the Crab" Cromwell

"Alright, friends. North or south? Me, I figure we switch things up and try the southern entrance this time."
Corbett then looks over his shoulder and sees Yagaji head to the north door and try it.

Yagojima checks the northern door and find that it's stuck - whether through age or climate, the door isn't budging. It might be forced or neatly taken out of its frame, but the usual method of turning the handle isn't working quite as well as it ought.

"Southern door, then?"
Myth will check the door to the south...

Yagaji nods sagaciously at the group's activity.
"Want me to open it?"
| GM Hiyami |
The trap is quickly dismantled with, as far as you can tell, no ill effects. There are a few odds and ends, but from its remains, you can take advantage of, at least, the single javelin that had been loaded in.
Do we open the door? o:
Mythryndyr
|
Myth shakes his head. "Don't think we should open it just yet...with the tracks leading to it, pretty sure we'll find hostiles in there. Perhaps we can lead them out here and ambush 'em...
Jack, don't you speak Draconic? We could set up the melee fighters on either side of the door...ranged and magic users a ways back. Jack could beat on the door and yell a warning 'bout intruders, telling them to come quick (then Jack needs to get out of the way quickly)...
If it works they'd walk right into our ambush. Any other ideas?"

Myth nods at Brock's words. "True...but only one person can fit through the door at a time...thus only one or two can take real advantage of surprise. If this works, we all can...don't think they'd expect anything other than another of their kind to speak their language so, hopefully, it'll work..."
Myth will move to the middle of the southeast wall, directly in line with the door, draw his bow, and nod to Jack that he's ready...
Myth will fire at the first reptilian (or any other foe for that matter) coming out the door...

I'd like to go ahead and advance, so I'll just grant Yagojimoro and Corbett one free move action for this. c: We're gonna do this in rounds!
