Wands of CLW and Lesser Restoration are cheap. 750gp a piece (Thank You, Paladins!). Dealing with undead is as simple as dealing with the living... Hit it 'til it stops moving! ^^
I dunno... If anyone wants to be an Inquisitor, I'll go with the Oracle. Otherwise, I'll keep the Inquisitor. Both are equally cool builds, IMO.

Finding an image here is always a pain. Specially elves, Golarion elves are weird.
True. I have to keep reminding myself that they have weird eyes and bunny ears and are taller than humans for some reason (every other fantasy game I ever played said they were shorter than humans, but okay).

Arcane Trickster could be good. Just avoid using Rogue to qualify for it like the plague.

Ok, i'm definitely going to play this illusionist/investigator. I've got a wand of cure light to help with healing while i'm causing distractions, plus trapfinding.

I already have my builds... Which one I'll use depends entirely on what everyone else is playing.
Unless I can't remove the drow's SR. In that case I'll just makemy alternate a Tiefling or Aasimar.
I'm debating whether to give you +2 vs spells and spell-like abilities or do you just not want the SR?

How often will the characters be travelling? I know you said the game play is somewhat based on Kingmaker, but I never played that AP, and kingdom building can range from a small town to a whole continent, so I'm not sure what to expect.
BTW, as a half-orc, can I replace my proficiency with Falchions for the Additional Traits feat? I kinda want the traits "Birthmark" and "Enemy of the Undead" for flavor. :)

Hey, when you guys have the time, please, take a look and tell me what you think of this:
Lemmy's Revised Monk for Pathfinder
It's somewhat based on a few other homebrew... Including some of my own, and some of a friend of mine.
Cheers.

Sorry, this week has not been a great week for building characters. I've been like half done since Monday. I'm off work today, I'll try to finish it either tonight, or tomorrow afternoon (only working 9 to 4 instead of 4-11:30. I actually like the shift itself but it plays merry hell with my free time).

I just realized that a Cleric of Shizuru can make a really fun undead hunter! Especially if he's an Aasimar.
Questions:
1- Could I use this class variant?
- Unarmed Combat: You get the IUS feat and your Unarmed Strike damage die rises to 1d6 (1d4 if you're small). You're considered to have the Stunning Fist feat for the purpose of fulfilling prerequisites.
2- Would you allow me to use katanas with Weapon Finesse? If yes, could I spend an additional feat to apply Wis to damage instead of Str, similar to this feat:
Prerequisites: BAB +1 or Monk level 1; Improved Unarmed Strike; Weapon Finesse; Wis 15.
Benefit: When attacking with unarmed strikes, natural attacks, monk weapons or your deity's favored weapon, you can apply your Wisdom modifier to damage rolls instead of your Strength modifier. This bonus is not increased by any condition or ability that would allow you to add 1.5x your Strength modifier to damage rolls (such as wielding a weapon 2-handed or using the Dragon Style feat), nor is it reduced for off-hand attacks.
3- Could I trade a 1st level Domain power for a single trait?
4- Can we, please, please, please, get rid of Combat Expertise? Please? With sugar, honey and strawberries on top... Please?
PS: I know I ask a lot, because I keep trying to do stuff the rules aren't very helpful with (in this case, I'm trying to go for a Monk/Cleric thing similar to the one from Diablo 3). Anyway, feel free to say no as often as you see fit. I promise it won't hurt my feelings... ^^
Unless you say Rumormonger is required to spread rumors... Then my hatred shall be limitless!
Lemmy
It is. It's part of my Monk homebrew. I like it because it's not as powerful as Dex-to-damage but is more thematic and less restrictive than "you can only use it with this one weapon" (I hate pointless restrictions)... Besides it can already be done with Guided weapons.

1- Yes
2- No, not with katanas.
3- What trait?
4- Sure, power attack and Combat Expertise will merely be part of the combat system and maneuver feats no longer require them as prerequisites as well as the stat requirements.
What do you all want to do for the prologue? I hadn't exactly planned on doing a prologue and just wanted to jump right into this.
Lemmy
1- Thanks
2- But... But... Rurouni Kenshin! And Shizuru's favored weapon...*tears up... manly tears, somehow...*
3- Birthmark, I think.
4- Yay!
5- Prologue-related question: I think just a general description of where we are at the start of the campaign would suffice. Like in Blackest Scale, Myrial and One Step Beyond.

3- Yes.
5- The Stolen Lands, south of Brevoy is where our unnamed fallen bastion Skimmer base is. Very much literally an undead kingmaker.

Is Undead Crusader a valid Trait choice? The PFSRD seems to have it listed both as a Mummy's Mask Campaign Trait, and also being from People of the Sands.
If not, I'll go with Undead Slayer and Hunter's Blood (I need Kn. Religion as a class skill somehow).
Rynjin
It is at that, but I'd feel awkward using it without slinging a whip...
I'll think about it. If there's no other traits that catch my eye, I'll take that and Undead Slayer.
Also quick question, in your estimation is Dustbringer (Assassinate vs Undead) going to be a worthwhile ability? It seems cool, so I took that, but if not (or the campaign is unlikely to go to 10th) I might swap out the Slayer levels for Sanctified Slayer levels.
Edit: Also, do we have anyone with Disable Device?

Monks get temple sword.. your temple just happens to have temple swords that appear to resemble katanas but with holy trinkets and inscriptions. The only advantage to katanas is a one step crit increase and deadly but temple sword gets trip! Trip I think is way more versatile in this setting.

Could I use a Wakizashi and just reflavor it as a Katana? (I need the proficiency, and that's also the favored weapon of Shizuru).

Trip (the combat maneuver) is fun. Trip (the weapon property) is completely useless. (And TBH, I don't even know what the Deadly property does).
The requests are for a possible Cleric character I thought of. Clerics don't get proficiency with Temple Swords.
