The Manor shows a promise to those that care, and a dumping ground for those that do not. The man in charge, the Dock'tohr as he pronounces it, run the Manor with a diligent efficiency, but rumors of howling screams, nightmares turned real, and the interred guarding the patients have given this manor a double sided coin mystique to the place.
