Mahonrai looks around at the group to see if anyone has any objections, and then nods. He is willing to fight any evil, and though this may delay the cure in the short term, more allies will ensure their success in the long term.

Anatoli steps back out the door without word and awaits the group standing leaning against the wall and picking at his fingernails to clean them.

Adroushan nods in understanding.

Well, I have Laurel's instructions. And, since, it appears that both our groups are heading in similar directions, I welcome the added company. I am Adroushan. Hunter of Erastil. Welcome.

The cleric then prepares to leave.

Ashlyn reaches up and rubs her holy symbol again as she considers joining this group. There was likely enough of them that they could be successful without her, but she would fret about them endlessly while they were gone. And it wasn't exactly like she had a huge flock of Sarenraeans to tend to.

"All right. Let me just --" [i]What? Pack a lunch? I don't need to eat anymore. I've got everything I own with me now. "Er, nevermind. I'm ready now."

"Alrighty then, lets get out of here."

Mahonrai sees that everyone is in, and then follows Anatoli out the door.

I don't think that Mahonrai actually knows his name, but I am guessing there are enough context clues for him to know that he is the one leading the group to where they are going?

Once outside, Adroushan pulls on Mahonrai's sleeve.

We need the oldest tree, the dwarven mines and the wood witch for information on the third ingredient. Why are we going to see this Lumber Consortium?

To Adroushan:
They agreed to join our quest if we agreed to join theirs. I am not sure what it is yet, but they said they are fighting evil.

(Mahonrai looks completely satisfied with that explanation, as though the words "fighting evil" explained everything.)

Didn't Mr. Hildrinsocks tell us that this Lumber Consortium was bad. And Laurel said that this disease seemed planted hehe!. What if they are related? We shouldn't mention the cure.

Anatoli folds off the wall like a shadow when the group erupts from the door and says let us perhaps start with the dwarven mines? Then the oldest tree and then the witch?

Adroushan smiles at Anatoli appreciate the name!.

"It was suggested to us that we get directions from the lumber consortium's employees. And even if the consortium's owners or foremen are bad, I doubt all their employees are as well. We only need someone to give us directions," Ashlyn explains.

Adroushan nods at Ashlyn.

My apologies, malady. I am only concerned with curing this community. That certainly includes this sudden disease, but it may involve this Lumber Consortium too. We should attempt to not alert them of ourselves.

The lumber consortium? What? Why would they want to make a disease that would kill their own workers? Brunhild stayed quiet though. Surrounded as she was by aasimar, clerics, and an actual angel, the last thing she wanted to do was say something stupid. It was as her tribe’s shaman always said. Better to keep your mouth shut and be though stupid, than to open it and prove them right.

Mahonrai looks between Anatoli and Ashlyn.

Are we visiting the lumber consortium or going to dwarven mines? Or doing one on the way to the other?

I believe that we are going to question the Lumber Consortium's employees so that we can learn where the Dwarven Monastery is. As for where to look, I think that most of their workers are up around the woods at this time of day. Maybe we should go up there.

I am quite certain that somewhere on the way between a tree, a witch, and a dwarven mine or monestary or what ever dwarven thing it is that we shall bump into some of these lumber fellows which is why I suggested wandering in the general direction and then seeing what the road brings as it were.

Mahonrai follows Zegenva, who sounds like she knows where to go.

So who is leading the way and do they know where the main lumber camp is?

Howdy sheriff. We was wondering about the closest to them dwarven mines. We were gonna take a look see.

I know the way back to a cutyard I have visited... will that do? I apologize. I thought you were looking for the main camp.

If that is where everyone wants to go, he leads the way back to where he arrived in town... where Jarlben probably still is, although I am not sure about Joanne.

"Sorry, I don't know about any Dwarven mines around here."

Adroushan grins (without showing teeth) at the sheriff.

Thank yee, sheriff. We will visit our friend in that cutyard that Mahonrai knows...about...out yonder. Ok, then. Bye.

The Hunter grabs the angels arm.

Lead the way, my friend.

Brunhild quietly follows the others. They seemed to know what they were doing.

Mahonrai walks back to the cutyard with a bunch of people in tow, hoping Joanne will still be around.

Carth keeps pace beside Mahonrai, taking two steps to the angel's one.

Ashlyn smiles politely to the sheriff and will tag along with the group.

Zegenva will walk near the back of the group, knowing that she is of next to no use in social encounters.

As Anatoli follows along he says It's fine fellow, having someone know where any of these lumber folks are is a good start.

You get to the main lumber camp, and find Joanne talking with two others under a shelter.

Joanne! Mahonrai says, greeting her with a smile.

I have need of your advice once again, if you have time to talk for a moment.

The group walks over to the and them under the shelter.

Joanne replies

"Sure, I can talk."

Jarlben ducks some behind the table.

Mahonrai smiles just a little at seeing Jarlben hide, but he doesn't want to make him feel bad, so he turns it into a grin at Joanne.

We are in need of the location of a Dwarven Monastery.

He looks back at Zegenva to make sure he got that right.

Do you, or perhaps any of your friends here, know where it might be found?

Adroushan stands beside the angel.

Carth cant help but laugh when the workers duck and cover. "I know he's impressive but come on, lets be polite"

Zegenva will nod at Mahonrai when he looks at her for confirmation.

Anatoli too will nod surveying the crowd looking for any hostile intent.

Despite her nervousness being around the angel, she is rather relieved that he draws attention. She stands by and stays alert, listening to the questions and answers.

"Sorry, I don't know of any dwarven ruins, though I know there is a ruin in the forest, that is rumoured to be a safe place to rest for the night."
