Yeah I do hope your game does well. My intent was not to be rude but to point out whey so many games fail, we recently had to add two people to one of the games I'm in. The DM asked us players to review so I did the applications were all good, I suggested the two players that both had over 1500 post, and those are the two we ended up selecting and well what do you know ever since the game has been moving at a good pace and eveyone is posting. I know new players have to start somewhere but to fill halp of your group with new posters is asking for your game to fail.

My full criteria for selection is my own, but I will admit that the number of player posts was not especially high on the list. I suppose in a way, I do have an appreciation for inexperienced players since I am an inexperienced GM.
Am I wrong? It's possible. But players need to start somewhere, and in any case it's my mistake to make.

right, I wasn't complaining (or rather that was not my intent)
I was putting out what I intended as constructive criticism
the group was not who I would have chosen (or rather 2-3 of them were not)
but I am not you, and as an individual I come with my own personal bias,
though really it's all for the best I joined a group who are doing a gestalt version of this, and I have good odds of getting in! :)
