Relveti is a rather tall, female elf. A Sorcerer with an icy disposition, she was in "The Spirit" for some reason, waiting on a person who showed interest in going to receive Arcus's tools. Her reason for doing so concerned the Dragon Disciples activities, and she gained a roll of paper concerning them on the adventure to receive said tools.

She died in Argosal after having been betrayed to the Lich by someone within the sanctuary. A curious fact indeed, seeing as it concerns you as well.
