Also If you needed healing maybe I could have gone with a cleric instead?

in any event Azmaria will need to make more bullets and make some repairs to her weapon. will see how much all that will cost first.

I believe the reason we met was because each of us were asked to go investigate the collapsing tower. 500 GP was the amount of reward money for completion.

The NPC's that were present just then are the only ones of note so far. The first page of gameplay should be all you need to catch up on that. Right now Azruk is talking to the kobolds we just met, trying to get work out of them.

Eh. Lay on Hands + Infernal Healing are plenty for dealing with HP damage I think. If you want to do Paladin, but are concerned with party healing, you should see if the Hospitaler archetype interests you. We'll figure something out for Ability drain.

Edit: Reading Hospitaler, it wouldn't stack with Holy Gun or add anything to Lay on Hands. Ixnay on that I suppose.

thank Azruk, I did not join in the beginning... I kind of had to wing it on my own introduction.

also I still would like the list to keep things clear. I also think the exit from the tower was rather rushed or something. I saw a vote and next thing I know we were getting paid. where are we right now?

Who gave us the money? Did Azmaria meet this person? I was unaware that the kobolds followed us. or came with us. why did they come with us?

I guess I have problems when scenes change rapidly with little wrap up and just short scene change posts. I like a flow of events that can easily be followed.

since the NPC that were present? ok so where are they now? did we move somewhere else again?

if they are the only ones of note, then lets fully recap who they are.

When these are answered then I can decide on what is next. (I may be a scene or two behind everyone for a little bit.)

@Azmaria: I jumped in later than you, and so would appreciate the resume... but on the other hand Victarion is aloof and sometimes disconnects from reality for variable periods of time, so it's good for him to half know stuff... it's just that the stuff he knows, he knows it well.

As far as where are we actually, the best explanation I got is the following:

We are both exiting the dungeon and talking with the kobolds, and have just exited and are talking with Anya.

It's something I've seen in PbPs, that way slowpokes can participate -even if it means minor reboots of information known- and the action keeps moving forwars.

By the way, Victarion is drawing a blank on his new spells known. As some smartbutts have guessed -Howdy Dael-, Victarion will be mainlining Burning Hands for a while, so his new spells are something that would be situational or RP appropiate. For example, I think he learning feather fall after falling seems right. But I will think about it and post it later.

I thought the No-magic game was pretty interesting myself. Our party ended up pretty solidly built, all things considered. Though, I did like Akkad more to play as. Shockingly, I like being an egotist.

Straight Roll adding Constitution modifier. combat won't be that hard as i suck at actually doing the combats and am a pretty lenient Gm Smashomancer will vouch for that.

To answer Azmaria and Vic you were hired so you both do in fact receive the gold as well just for different reasons.

You all are currently on the move toward the town of Belhaim, outside the tower.

So but as a short summary until i can get a detailed write set here are the important npc's

Anya- She is an humanoid Angel-Eidolon and the person you all are currently following into town. disregarding the Kobolds of course. She seems to be surprisingly free from her summoner's control and is the official mayor of the town. She is the one who gave you all the money.

Draah'Zhin is Anya's Summoner and does most of the actual work running the town. He is a White Scaled kobold who originally hired the pc's to investigate the Tower's collapse. he also runs the local Tavern.

Archae- All you really know is he is a mage in town and was somehow involved in the tower's collapse

Sesserak- She is the Leader of the 3 Kobolds that you all negotiated with in the tower. The Kobolds came with you out of desperation and the fact that they were convinced to tell secrets that they shouldn't have told. They seek refuge with Draah'zhin who they are calling the Heretic for reason you do not yet know.

Edit: As for actual things I'm getting for my levels, I'm working my way toward Spell Sunder, my favorite class feature. So, Superstition for my first rage power. Then, I think I'll grab Improved Sunder. Probably. I may want Raging Vitality first. Extreme Endurance. I would like to be immune to: 1d2 ⇒ 2 cold weather. Works for me.

Also, I've decided where my second background skill will go.
