The first azer is cut down as it charges towards the party by Muga's blade. The rest of the enemies charge forwards as well, but only the riot suppressors are able to close the distance. The three robots swing their glowing warhammers at Yvell and Muga.

Darn a 1, that sucks Gram.
Yvell cursed as the blows hit home quite easily. Two of these had been annoying then they would not stop now. The other creatures were new and he searched his mind for what he might know.

Muga |

"You know, this fight'd be like twice as hard if ghosty showed up and cast haste on all the enemies. I wonder why he doesn't? Maybe Haste is in his barred school."

Yvell Endymion |

" Even then he would have to expose himself and be targeted. The only way he could do any such would have to be either in advance or from a different direction as we have expended resources and attention. I also doubt he has recovered much. "

GM Demonmoose |

Yvell thinks they are fairly simple robots, other than their nonlethality, there is nothing remarkable.
Yvell slices through important wires and servos in the robot's chest, and it seems to freeze in place. His next attacks strike the suppressor's shield before he drops it. Flavor. Yvell misses the attacks.
Muga pounces on the stunned robot, knocking it repeatedly with his weapon and tearing it apart.
0 Robot B, 0 Robot C, Azers.
Perdix and Phylla's turn.

Muga |

"Haha, they've got nothing. You can take everything they dish out, we can cut through anything with haste, and Valtyra makes us all immortal! GET BETTER SERVANTS NEXTTIME, GHOSTWIZARD!"
Indeed, very nice touch! :D

Passing Perdix, he may post whenever.
The azers move closer, side by side with the robotic forces, and strike out with their hammers.

Not a big deal, it just loses 7 damage from the massive hit (42 damage now before anything) which Electricity is super good against Robots. I'll post in an hour when I get home.

Yvell Endymion |

Maybe, Maybe not, let'sa see as Im not really buffed.
Taking a minor blow from the enemy this time Yvell shifts his armor to weather the attacks then strikes out. " Azers, Those of flame and clearly wok the forge. They have such amateurish swings, why not know when to quit? "

Grammanar's pistol electrocutes the second robot, causing it to shake and to nearly drop its shield. It freezes in place head sunk as Perdix' magic takes hold and immobilizes it.
Yvell slashes through the first stunned robot and knocks it down.
53 Robot C (unconscious), Azer.
Passing Valtyra and Phylla.
The remaining azer holds up his hands. His hammer clangs to the ground. "No, please wait. We were enslaved by this mad wizard and his constructs. They beat us when we disobeyed, nearly snuffing out our flames. I surrender. Don't kill me..."

And you aren't all that fun to cut, though the sparkly lights are entertaining. So go ahead an listen to their inevitable requests for information before running away."

Yvell Endymion |

Yvell notes the surrender of the Azer and nods, " Though my compatriot here seems out for blood he notes you are not a threat and thus we have no need to seek unnecessary bloodshed. On the contrary, we are here to rid this place of its evil. "
Yvell goes over to the two other Azer that have fallen to check their status, stabilizing them with a touch of his Lay on Hands if needed.

The azer, surprised that you would help him and heal his friends, offers a soft smile. "The smoke wizard Furkas made us create the precise components he needed in his guardians. We had thought that with his passing we might gain freedom, but as a ghost he pushed us harder. Now that you've killed these robots, we can escape this tower."
As the two other azers recover, the azer Bevsa continues. "There are many traps in this tower, as you might have seen. The lord is a believer of some malicious god of accidents. There are also strange abominations of magic and construct that protect this place."
One of the azers adds, "Yeah, it was much better when this place was alive. We didn't just have to make these stupid parts--we could make weapons and armor. We've wanted to leave for awhile now, since all we make are the same exact components for those mage-robots."
The azers patiently wait, glancing at the downward staircase.

Yvell Endymion |

Yvell nods understandingly. " I am sorry you had to suffer such misgivings. I would not wish to delay you any further but would ask if possible you fulfill my friends' requests. Personally I'd like to know if there were any weapons or armor you might have worked on in secret or what type of armaments you had worked in the past. After that I will gladly escort you to safety. Though we have cleared it of many dangers Furkas seems to travel around and it would be most unfortunate if you were attacked. "
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (17) + 19 = 36

GM Demonmoose |

"We have been forced to stay at this forge and don't know much else about the traps, or what happens higher up or in the dungeons. We know those robot mages are able to control force and lightning, but they also have a handful of other spells at their disposal. We only made the components-he had other wizards assembling them."
"We appreciate your assistance, but I think we can make it out on our own. We've never seen the wizard but for a few times, and I doubt that he cares about us."
Unless you stop them, the azers thank you again, and make their way down the tower.

Yvell Endymion |

Yvell, seeing they are satisfied with going alone and thanking them for their information allows them to leave. " It seems that this Furkas is much worse than I thought not only employing binding but slavery. I agree with Muga, the sound of more than one wizard is upsetting, especially ones that are constructs. Such a thing would be normally unheard of. If they are anything like their master, this will be an issue. Regardless, let us examine the room and ascend. "
Yvell motions around the room being particular around the forges. When he was done he would do so as they traveled above. The Azers' warning of traps reminding him of his previous experience in this tower.

Room again.
This open space spans the diameter of the tower and, in the southern portion of the room, opens to a room above. The air is stifling due to the operation of three massive forges that burn and vent into the cluster of exposed pipes running through the center of the tower. A tangle of conduits from the southeast cuts through the room to join this cluster, forming a wall of pipes and thick wires.
You don't find anything else in the room.
Climbing up you find a small atrium and enter the southern door to a small closet.
Room F28 and F29
This closet contains four tower shields, four masterwork longswords, six nets, four masterwork heavy crossbows, 200 normal bolts, 20 silver bolts, 40 cold iron bolts, five screaming bolts, and 10 +2 human-bane bolts.

Yvell Endymion |

Yvell looks over the equipment with a keen eye, " No, more than likely this was men for an untrained defense force or guards. Likely before Furkas was turned into a ghost. Even before that when he did not have those constructs to help or heaped the tower with traps. That reminds me, god of traps? That seems too close to Zyphus, We- " Pointing to Valtyra and Phylla, " -have seen it before. In the Divinity, when were tried to rekindle the torch of Torch. His taint seems to be everywhere. "
Yvell contemplates as he gathers the equipment. " At this point they may very well be connected, let us continue. I'll proceed as usual. "
Yvell turned to the east door and opened it looking inside.

Raw iron, spools of wire, and sturdy jars filled with colorful liquids line the north and east walls of this large room. A balcony crosses the room from northwest to southeast, looking over a sweltering workshop. A large iron-and-mithral swivel crane perches at the edge of the balcony, its boom long enough to reach the stores and lower them down into the foundry below.
It is 20 feet down to the shaded area.

Yvell Endymion |

Yvell looks in awe at the strange contraption that appeared some assisted pulley system. While Furkas was evil he was by no means stupid, and Yvell had grown to respect that facet though likely this was in life rather than the man's undead form. Looking towards the northern door, Yvell checks it before opening, to continue their search.
