My understanding was all non-force attacks only do 50% damage...also not sure why no save for clw? All GM That have run incorporeals have applied both, so if here is an FAQ I missed that would be a good reference to show.
Paladin's Lay on Hands works differently than cleric's channel energy: "Undead do not receive a saving throw against this damage."
I'm assuming a Wand of CLW, since it is just the spell in wand form, DOES follow the rules for CLW, meaning the shadows will get a Will save against the wand attack.

Also note that the PRD lists channel energy effects as an exception to the "50% from corporeal magic" rule.
So, to be perfectly clear, the CLW wand bypasses the incorporeality, doing full damage, unless a Will save is made, in which case the shadow only takes 1/2 dmg.

Yeah, you hear the "be ready for incorporeal monsters" mantra a lot on the boards and in advice columns. We need to play this as smart as possible. Omrax's Lay on Hands and Ezren's Magic Missile are 100% full damage. Best we've got.
After that it looks like a solid, high dmg sword hit is likely to be better than a CLW wand, which will almost always get saved against.
After magic swords... CLW wands.
NOTE: the Ezren pre-gen comes with a Pearl of Power. That means one more Magic Missile!

Omrax loses much more strength he will need to switch to hands .. If we do not all die first..
Ah, I see what you mean. With current strength your average bastard sword dmg at 50% is higher than the 100% Lay on Hands average.

"Try to take one out at a time. Concentrate the fire Sir Ezren and Sir Farouq. "
Feeling a bit more confident, Omrax will swing again at the one he hit before...but lacking some of the strength from his first chop.

Kelvor grits his teeth as the terrible, terrible cold seems to envelope him. A deep chill saps at his soul and his chest heaves with the strain of breathing. His arms, legs, shoulders, everything feel tired and weak. His blade sags slightly, now incredibly heavy.
You must keep attacking, he thinks. You are Shoanti people! You must not fail! Forget the pain!
"ATTACK!" he screams at the top of his lungs, and swings his gleaming blade.

Omrax will swing again at the remaining shadow.

"We are victorious over the darkness. The inheritor, by her blessing, has guided our swords. Is everyone able to continue? " Omrax scans for evil in the room to make sure nothing else is hiding.

"I am able, too. Though any further drain on our soul strength will seriously impair our ability to triumph over whatever else this place has to pit against us."

"Agreed Sir Kelvor. Besides, this room looks like a dead-end...at least for those darkness spirits. So we need to go back and look for any other doors we missed. We may be done anyway."
Omrax will move back into the main hall and take another look at the coins Gaz was looking at earlier.

Is the circle thing into this area like a revolving door or something?
Omrax will move to the doors to the north and check for evil while awaiting the party to catch up...
"Well what have we here?. "

Actually never mind I just went back and checked. No one has the perception needed to see. It is a pillar that appears to be made of gold.
With the threat of Nualia ended and the Thistletop cleared. You return to the pathfinder society victorious, though a bit beaten down.
I will get the sheets out to you later today.
