Kelvor of the Shundar-Quah

Kelvor joins Omrax, standing to the northern end of the doors, so anything coming through them will be easily flanked by he and Omrax.

FYI - I moved Ezren and Faroq into the fort...not sure about exact position.
"Sir Kelvor, what say we clear these doors first and then go back from west to the east?"
The paladin moves into the western hall up to north door an listens...

Omrax looks at Kelvor in surprise...and confusion.
" Sir Kelvor, do these goblins not deserve the honor to defend themselves? They are definitely evil... "
Omrax considers the tenets of the Inheritor...wondering if these goblins deserve honor or contempt for their actions against human settlements.
• I will guard the honor of my fellows, both in thought
and deed, and I will have faith in them.
• I will never refuse a challenge from an equal. I will give
honor to worthy enemies, and contempt to the rest.

"Sir Omrax, I realize you seek to honor your opponents. The Shundar-Quah and the Shoanti people in general seek to do the same," says Kelvor as he cleans his weapons. "But these are not worthy enemies. I hesitate to call them less, but they offer nothing in return but fire, savagery, brutality, and murder to all they encounter. They are surely here as an outpost to torture and kill all the innocents they find here in the Sandpoint Hinterlands. I, for one, must guard those innocents. If these two escape and put a knife in my back, I cannot do that."
He sighs, realizing what he is doing is hard and dirty, but necessary.
"I honor their tenacity and their battle prowess, just as I would a leopard or a lion of the Storval Plateau. But I would not allow a pride of ash-crazed, bloodthirsty, rapid lions to chew the flesh from the bones of helpless Shoanti women and children. That is how I see this task."
Kelvor's eyes gloss over momentarily as he remembers the child in Sandpoint during the Swallowtail Festival a few mere days ago. The memory of the goblin, holed up in the child's crib, full and contented, sickens him.
Anybody remember or know the beginning of the Rise of the Runelords? Where the goblins torch the town and one of them hides out in a house and seeks food? I'm embellishing the whole child thing (sorry), but that's a logical possibility given how Paizo redid the goblins to be little murderous, not-funny savage creatures who torture, maim and kill for the sheer fun of it.

Kelvor, totally agree and I think with more of the backstory from RotRL and the crazy bloodlust the goblins raids...Omrax would probably not even questioned it. But trying to stay in character...and he is torn ethically between exterminating these as vermin or considering them worthy foes...such is his lot in life.
"Sir Kelvor, please understand. It is difficult for me in separating my teachings from the realities in war. Evil must be vanquished...if it cannot be saved. With these goblins, there is not much hope for redemption. But alas, these are questions to ponder in town. Right now our comrades await us and I fear I have delayed us overlong already from our mission. "
Omrax turns to head back to the others...still in deep thought...but knowing battle awaits.

Kelvor moves up swiftly, passing his compatriots until he stands shoulder to shoulder with Omrax in side the room. He faces the first goblin and swings his mighty derhk-skil at him! The long blade slices through the air, its clean, perfect edge gleaming in the dim light of the goblin fortress.

Unless there are any combatants in the hallway, Omrax will move up and look around the corner to see the hallway heading back the west (and the 2 doors?).
Omrax will motion for the rest of the party to approach.
Gazmold Grunkin

Gaz makes a talking motion with his hand and points at the door, then he counts on his fingers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... Then he shrugs. He motions for one of the meatier members to go through first and takes a place closer to the middle of the group about to burst into the room.
Omrax the Bold

Omrax swaps spots with Gaz and is ready and willing to be first through the door and draw any attacks. He grabs the doorknob and motions to just say the word when everyone is ready and in position!
