I went and read a couple of boards and the rules and it seems in Pathfinder, if you have a magic bow it imparts magic on its missile. So +1 bow makes a +1 projectile. Or if you have a +1 arrow you have a +1 missile, the bonuses don’t stack and you can only use the highest bonus, but regular arrows fired from a magical bow count as magic.
