Bringing the UMD discussion over here so as to not take up more of the gameplay thread. We have a wand of Lesser Restoration in addition to the scroll. Isn't the DC to use a wand 20? That's a 50/50 shot and there's no risk of wasting a charge on a failure.
And actually, I think Anton can use the wand without issue. It's a spell trigger rather than spell completion. the difference is slight, but I think this is the case where it may matter.

In regards to UMD, given a couple of levels and Skill Focus UMD, B'yelka will be pretty confident in using any scrolls we come across. Same with Wands. Frankly, I am not comfortable with my UMD as a skill until I can cross that DC31 threshold on a 1+ ;) Then I can cast Heal, Raise Dead and Restoration from Scrolls with impunity. :D I love the idea of being a pocket cleric ;)

Just to ensure that I'm not blowing smoke out my rear regarding ammo =P
Ammunition: Projectile weapons use ammunition: arrows (for bows), bolts (for crossbows), darts (for blowguns), or sling bullets (for slings and halfling sling staves). When using a bow, a character can draw ammunition as a free action; crossbows and slings require an action for reloading (as noted in their descriptions). Generally speaking, ammunition that hits its target is destroyed or rendered useless, while ammunition that misses has a 50% chance of being destroyed or lost.
Also, I'm out of town for the holiday weekend (heading out the door now), but should be back to normal boards access come Monday night (or Tuesday at the latest).
Yeah, I know. I'm saying debatable, because he certainly hit his target, the ammunition just had no effect. Without spoiling too much I can't say more. After all the shiny mystery has worn off/been solved with this whole situation I'm happy to explain my thought process in detail.

Poorly, I accidentally deleted the folder with the map so now I have to make it again. At least I finally figured out what's wrong, my fan is broken so the machine keeps overheating. Should get it fixed today actually.

Do we want to sell the Piper's flute now that the curse is broken? How about the Charlatan's holy symbols - perhaps donate them to Father Grimburrow? Should we take care of that before returning to Harrowstone?
With the curse broken it might be worthwhile to keep it. After all, B'yelka may end up a one-woman stage show and she needs some accompaniment ;) Seriously, If we don't need to sell it, I will take it. If we do want some goodies, and the gold will cover the expenses, sell it. (FYI: 1 rank in Perform-Wind would grant a +9, +11 with the flute (next level))

Oh, Janos was well aware of what knocking up means. I actually haven't read far enough in the campaign yet to know whether Kendra is permanent cast member. But if she is there's a distinct possibility of pregnancy. Nothing to motivate a PC like an NPC baby momma to protect.
I'm actually more concerned with Janos being tied to Ravengro and thus not wanting to adventure other places/retire. That said, Kendra seems like prime adventuring material anyway given her father's life. Perhaps some sort of Bard or Wizard given her propensity to research.
But that's all assuming they even know she's pregnant!
She's a level 2 wizard. She won't get pregnant unless it's good for the plot. No one would know till 5-6 weeks later anyway. Well depending on when in the month she has her period. But we'll say she just finished it to give us the longest possible timeframe.
There's an item called bachelors snuff that renders you infertile for three days. Invest in that. Can't link from my phone atm
