Rocky grabs Yuki's shin and starts to twist and turn...surely Yuki will be down for the count before long.
I get the feeling you will have to sweeten the offer Yuki. He is serious. What else do you have to offer? Ayre asks, barely containing his laughter.
Nymph
"A mud wrestling match between him, Nymph, and Tilly." Nymph says loudly out the corner of her mouth.
Yuki Okano
"Ok, ok. I can see that you are a keen negotiator little guy. How about I make you a cabin boy? Assistant bosun? What's it going to take to buy you off?" Yuki asks, barely restraining her own laughter now.
Ayre
Rocky goes into an elaborate" conversation " w Ayre.
He says Ship supervisor, mascot AND the first ship we capture he gets to name.
Yuki Okano
"I won't let him name our flagship, but he can name the first one we capture after that, sure. That and he becomes the ship's mascot. We'll have enough ship supervisors already." Yuki counter-proposes.
Ayre
Rocky flexes and starts to step forward...
I think he is countering that he lets you be captain and if he is supervisor then you don't need any other supervisors. He does accept the offer to name the first non-flagship though
DM Davy Jones
The "hat boat" will not fit through the caves - you still have to make a swim check if you're over encumbrance.
Let me know when you've finished flexing your muscle - and remember most pirate captains are elected so you have to persuade the other sailors to follow your choice once the mutiny is complete!
Ayre
I have a swim speed so we can set the boat outside and nymph and I can shuttle stuff. Also we are pretty ready to move on
Yuki Okano
What rolls do we need to make to drag the stuff out?
"He can assist Nymph in her tasks as bosun, but I'm sure he understands that I can't put someone in charge who can't communicate with the rest of the ship. If he does well helping her, I'll consider giving him more responsibility. That's as far as I'm willing to go."
Ayre
He communicates furiously
he says he gets to name two ships then and you have a deal
Galean "Rafter" Santiago
Galean coughs. "I think we need to get this...", pointing towards the massive haul of loot, "out of here first. I can help someone swim with magic, and I got the ring Ayre gave me, but I don't think we have the time for me to carry it alone.", crossing his arms. "Besides, the first ship we're getting already has a name."
Nymph
"Yeah... we're not still calling it Man's Promise..." Nymph mutters.
Yuki Okano
"Ok Rocky, we'll just put it to a vote when we get back to the ship. If everyone wants you as Captain over me, I'll happily step down." Yuki says with very little amusement as she ends her side of the 'negotiations.'
"Let's move that stuff and get back to the ship. Which we're totally renaming, yeah."
Ayre
Rocky gestures
OK Rocky. I wont vote for her either. then.
Ayre frowns at the whole situation, but shrugs.
Shall we go kill some a$$holes?
Ayre
Ayre communicates support, and trepidation.
Rocky clambers up Ayre's arm and moves into the pouch.
DM Davy Jones
Remember you're on a time crunch, so if you want to regain spells and get to the ship before it weighs anchor and to get everything out now, because coming back to get your treasure is apparently verboten, weigh all the items and you've collected and for medium encumbrance you'll need to make a DC 10 Swim Check. For heavy encumbrance make a DC 15 Swim check.
Ayre
1d20 ⇒ 13 I'll take the skull and potions. That should put me in medium
Nymph
Nymph auto-succeeds both of those :3
DM Davy Jones
As you pile your treasures into the, um, hat boat, you eventually make your way back to your ship's boat.
The night passes and as the sun comes up you can see that the pirates of the Man's Promise. The ship is silhouetted in by the crimson orb and you can see faint figures moving about preparing to weigh anchor.
As a cool breeze moves across the bay you can feel it's going to be a fine day.
Yuki Okano
"All right, so lets pretend everything is normal with us until we get on board and come face to face with Plugg and Scourge. Then, we'll commence an attack and signal our allies to come to our defense while we take the ship." Yuki goes over the basic plan with the others, looking quite excited at the prospect of the mutiny.
Nymph
"Works for me." Nymph happily growls in anticipation.
Nymph
Till their backs are turned?" Nymph offers.
Yuki Okano
"As soon as we're all on the ship and we see one or both of them. We got the numbers unless they turned a lot of our allied crew members against us. If that's the case then we're probably doomed anyway. We're better off trying to kill one of them at a time instead of spreading it out. Scourge is the subordinate so he's probably weaker. We should take him out first. I thought about coming in stealthy, but we'd probably have to kill some of their lackeys first in that case and I don't think we should kill more of them than we have to since we'll probably need them to sail the ship. I also thought about pretending to be submissive to them before sneak attacking them, but I'm really, really tired of putting up with their crap."
Ayre
Ayre will use his scroll of mage armor as we approach the boat. 5 min out or so
DM Davy Jones
As you come up to the Man's Promise, Scourge looks down at you all.
About time ye lazy scrubs. Two days to find water?! Unbelievable. And I see ye found the crewmen washed overboard so that's good at least, ye ain't lazy. Wait there while we get ropes down.
He starts to bark orders and ropes are lowered to bring up the water casks.
You can hear people beginning to haul the water casks out of the boat.
Ayre
Ayre mutters to his friends
You just let me know, I can attempt to hypnotize them so we can get the jump on them, or I could drop some nasty tentacles all around them.
Yuki Okano
"Let's get on board the ship first. Once we're all up top, Ayre can drop his hypnosis on them." Yuki whispers to the others as she begins to climb up one of the ropes hopefully provided by those up top.
Nymph
Giddy and grumbling incoherent violence and threats Nymog begins climbing the rope after Yuki. Well, at least she had something nice to occupy her mind for a bit before all of the hells broke loose.
DM Davy Jones
If you're trying to climb up without being noticed you'll need to make a hell of a stealth check.
Nymph
Nymph does likewise.
DM Davy Jones
Are you waiting for the casks to be up? Or are you trying to climb while the casks are hauled up?
Nymph
Oh! Um, go up with the casks?
DM Davy Jones
OK.
As you ascend to the top of the ship you see that the Rahadoumi and pirates known to be in Plugg and Scourge's camp are on deck, armed. Your friends are nowhere to be seen on deck at the moment, although some may be in the tops and others could be manning the bilges still pumping water from the hold.
Nymph
Nymph waves affably at the armed greeting, waiting for Ayre's move.
Ayre
Ayre grabs his kit and moves behind the mast and leans on it then he reads the hypnotism spell out of the skull
. Do I assume you want to roll all the doce
Galean "Rafter" Santiago
Galean raises his hat, once again fallen to cover his eyes, and stares at the armed greeting. "Hey there! Uh. Are we attacking something?", he asks, his hand slowly going towards a pocket full of breadcrumbs.
Yuki Okano
Yuki gives Ayre a slight nod to indicate that they're ready to begin. She keeps her fingers near her bow, ready to unleash her ranged fury on their tormentors.
DM Davy Jones
They are armed but they don't necessarily have weapons out - I assume you all don't either?
DM Davy Jones
Hit Dice for Hypnotism: 2d4 ⇒ (3, 1) = 4
Will Save: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (14) - 1 = 13
Will Save: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (9) - 1 = 8
Fascination Time in Rounds: 2d4 ⇒ (1, 2) = 3
Well that went poorly for your enemies.
Ayre chants loudly as Rocky forms itself into a mandalas of rocks, whirling in a suggestive pattern that makes everyone on the boat briefly sleepy.
Two of the pirates seem to sway and pull their hangers from their belts and drop them on the wood, then Plugg realizes what you're doing.
MUTINY! To arms, kill the scurvy dogs and use their corpses to feed the sharks!

Derp.
The pirates rally and decide to try and push you out to sea.
Aretta, the big eared harlot charges at Yuki and screams with joy about being able to shed blood.
Attack (Cutlass): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18
Damage (Cutlass): 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Her slash is...largely ineffective, apparently not able to capitalize on the rolling nature of the ship and pulling a lot of the strength from her blow
Fipps hauls back his arm and throws his dagger at Yuki as well, and the ocean of fat, somehow undiminished by the last month and half at sea, ripples as the dagger tumbles...
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
...into the wood at his feet. He screams in frustration at his inability to kill you.
Maheem likewise seems to think attacking you directly isn't a great idea and pulls his boarding axe to fling it at Galean.
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
He similarly is unsuccessful.
Scourge looks thrilled with the prospect of finally being able to kill you all and pulls his own weapon, a rather sharp looking axe, out of a bandoleer and snarls.
Finally, we'll be rid of you trouble makers! Besmara will roast you slow for betraying your captain and officers!
He slices for Yuki....
Attack (Handaxe): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17
Damage (Handaxe): 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
..his axe does bite a bit - but the wound starts to sting immediately. Yuki, roll Fortitude to beat DC 15 or take 1d2 ⇒ 2 constitution damage per round for six rounds until you make the save.
Plugg advances across the deck and points his cutlass at Nymph.
Get off my ship!
A tidal wave of water bursts from his sword and...
Hydraulic Push (Nymph): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
...slams into the plucky ranger.
Hydraulic Push (Tilly): 1d20 ⇒ 7 Huh. Does that move both of you back five feet or what?
Note, someone needs to direct your allies, or I'll just make s#+$ up.
Nymph
Uh? So what happened to me?
