Dovan from Nisroch aka DM AK
1d20 + 9 ⇒ (13) + 9 = 22 VS Casimir CMD & Kalev's CMD+2- Success
Darting away from Casimir with a backflip and a quick tumble, Dovan stands in front of the slumbering Stag Lord, guzzling down a potion he drew during his movement, smirking as his wound heals and gesturing for Casimir to 'come and get it' with his rapier.

Map Update- Link Pre-Fenna.
Fenna, you would be able to colour spray Topper Red and Fat Norry, the other two are too close for your current position.
Fenna Thistleswade
Seems the better choice, since it would get rid of the flank.
Concentration 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
Fenna raises her crossbow between herself and her assailants to begins a prayer to Aroden, "I call upon the Artist's astounding creation to cast back these lost souls," but despite completing the Azlanti phrase, her hands fail to complete the complex motions required to channel forth the divine energies.
Markard "Stitcher" aka DM AK
Kalev is delaying his action as per his instructions over MSN.
Markard does not waste time with taunts or insults, merely regaining his balance and adopting a professional combat stance before striking at Fenna again from his vantage point. The blow is much smoother this time, but does not penetrate the Gnome's defences.
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12 Higher ground, flanking.
1d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Yelena is up- note that as the battle has shifted a little, Yelena is able to five foot and cast unimpeded (just an fyi in case your still struggling for time Tanner.)

Darn it, I meant to catch you before you acted and talk out of turn to tell you to draw a weapon and lose the crossbow...well for next round then...

If it wasn't for the curse, that's what I would have done.
Dovan from Nisroch aka DM AK
Oooooh, Dovan actually doesn't have a negative to will saves, hes a lucky blighter in this fort! First an AOO on Yelena though from Father Avry...
Father Avry's blade is narrowly deflected by Yelena's recently acquired bracer of armour.
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14
1d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

Tiefling... Whore... Dovan whispers, his eyelids straining to resist the magic and cursing Yelena as he succumbs to it...
Professor Aristedes
Heh, we gots this b*%$& right where we wants her lads, press the attack! Cragger sneered, finally piercing the magic around Fenna to slash her with a flesh wound through her armour.

Round 2 Action
Malthir is impressed by the power of that hit. Must outthink the brute.
Kalev, finish the two sleeping with your axe, Casimir, Yelena, help us!
Go total defense as a standard action and say to Auch's, You big fool, come and get me. Malthir 5' steps back from Auch's and put away my sword as a move action. Swift heal myself. Lay on Hands 1d6 ⇒ 3
AC should now be 26 against him as long as he is evil.
sense motive 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
Akiros aka DM AK
1d6 ⇒ 4
Akiros leaps from the northwest tower, landing with a grunt and making his way over towards Malthir and Auchs. His eyes are mostly glazed over in bloodlust, sword and shield in hand. The sword is dripping red with blood.
Its hard to tell in his rage, but Akiros appears to be moving to aid you rather than kill you.
DM Alexander Kilcoyne
Casimir
Seeing Kalev surrounded by bandits, Casimir tumbles three squares south, moving into position to finish the sleepers.
Acrobatics 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (7) + 12 = 19
On the way there, he calls out his magic words of encouragement.
Fear not, Guardians. Soon the stag lord and his minion will be dead, and we will finish this worthless rabble! Inspire Courage
Kalev, help the others! Yelena, that big brute could also use a nap.
Casimir
Edit: Was going to coup de grace, but it can wait ;)
Slumber hex on big brute. Will DC 16, 3 round duration.
I can take out the Stag Lord next round, and Dovan after that. Should be plenty of time. Otherwise, they get a big, fat AoO when they stand up from prone. Besides, you still don't have a weapon out, and if you have to wait to draw one, you don't have time to do a full-round action.
Kalev Lehola
Seeing Casimir and Yelena getting ready to take out the two most dangerous opponents, Kalev strikes out at Topper Red, but missing miserably.

This means Fenna is up. In case its relevant, Auchs is obviously going to respond to Malthir moving away by attacking him.
Yelena, slumber has a range of 30 feet, you'll have to rethink your action. You COULD cast it after moving but you'll take an AOO from movement. Let me know.

You have plenty of other stuff that can take out the brute at range...
Malthir Al Dagon
I'm at work and the SRD is blocked by our internet filter. Can I reach him with hold person? If not, I will just go with a coup de grace.
Hold person is medium range 100'+10/level. Remember if you roll really bad on the crit and u have no bonus damage, you could just wake him up, leave the stag lord for cas!
DM Alexander Kilcoyne
You can target Auchs from where you are, its a medium range spell so about 115 feet for you. Yelena can't coup de grace, she has no weapon drawn; the Stag Lord will sleep for the entire round remember so assuming nothing stops him Casimir can deliver it.
Happy to answer queries but I have a bit of a thing about people telling others what actions to take in OOC, try not to do it please :).
Edit: Answering rules queries is of course fine lol.

Sorry.
DM Alexander Kilcoyne
I recall that a coup de grace can be performed with a melee weapon, or with a ranged weapon if the target is adjacent. Can Yelena perform a coup de grace with alchemist fire or an acid flask? It is an attack, after all. Say, pour it into his open, snoring mouth? (gruesome image, I know)
I would allow it, but the crux of the issue is that as Yelena would have to spend a move action getting anything out, she could not coup de grace (as its a full round action). Obviously the damage would be rather low too.
Fenna you out there? Just a nudge in case all the OOC chat lost you. Its your action :)

Sorry for the delay, when I checked over lunch not much had happened.
This haunted curse is really starting to hurt!
Perception 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (15) + 13 = 28
Hissing slightly as the blades cut into her, Fenna throws down her crossbow to free her hands to search her belt for a dagger. Eventually managing to pull out the blade she eyes the three bandits warily.
I could delay until after Auchs, but I figure that'd be after all three bandits too.

You know that I am no longer in front of Auch's so drawing your weapon wouldn't create the flank anyways? Just wanted to make sure you read my post and saw my action trying to draw him away from you...

Yep, but the dagger is more use than the crossbow in such tight quarters anyway, and I didn't want to risk another concentration check yet.
Yelena Shukhov
I would allow it, but the crux of the issue is that as Yelena would have to spend a move action getting anything out, she could not coup de grace (as its a full round action).
Yelena has a masterwork potion belt that allows her to draw one item from it as a free action once per round. Would that do it?
Fenna Thistleswade
Oops, just remembered: 1d8 ⇒ 8
As the crossbow leaves the gnome's pale hands an invisible current pulls at it, lifting it into it air and dropping it down to clatter against the stone wall flanking the entrance to the common room.
Edit: doesn't Yelena's damage get an additional +2 bonus from Casimir's inspiration?
The Stag Lord
1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12
Choking, gagging and gasping as he involuntarily swallows the foul alchemists fire, the Stag Lord's piteous screams and death throes are truly terrible to behold and to hear and no one, not even the most hardened warrior in the fort, could help but wince in sympathy for the fallen bandit lord. Gurgling one final time as the flaming substance finishes its passage into his lungs, the bandit lord of the Greenbelt dies- his dreams of conquest shattered, much like the lining of his lungs.
I'll tell you straight, mechanically that wasn't the greatest move ever- the damage was likely to be low and he was likely to pass the DC. Still, it made for a darn cool way for him to be killed off, and the quite frankly horrible manner in which he died will definitely have an effect on bandit morale.
DM Alexander Kilcoyne
With the Stag Lord dead, his leutenant Dovan down, Akiros' loyalty conflicted and only the child-like Auchs left to lead the bandits, the men quickly fall into panic. Father Avry, Cragger and Topper Red all quickly make for main door of the fort.
Fenna, Malthir and Kalev may make attacks of opportunity (Kalev can make two if you haven't taken anyway since your last action).
Lothar Graelson
The unwounded Auchs hesitates for only a moment, before moving to press the attack against Malthir, the Paladin managing to get his shield between him and the club, almost losing his footing from the massive power behind the blow.
