Male Elf Bard/4 HP:23/23 | AC 17/13/14| CMD 16 | F+2 R+7 W+4
Whoops! I was looking at the wrong map! I moved moved Nilus 5' forward (sorry Nilus) and put Garrand in that spot since he would have needed line of sight to cast his spell.
And I read wrong there is only 1 Mummy. It has AC 15.
Nilus Hits Red for 13. Red goes to -1 He is there but removed from the map for clarity.
Sorsha misses as she was placed in a non legal spot. Moving her to where I think she would give Red partial cover. Lets clean up the map and say she stuck a dagger in one of the sleeping Tifelings instead.

Assuming Nilus is correct:2d6 ⇒ (3, 5) = 8 extra sneak attack damage
I'm letting our DM decide. I've always played one sneak attack roll, but I am certainly not opposed to doing two. Either way, I don't want to slow the action down with a protracted argument. So whatever DM Dave says is fine.
Sneak Attack: If a rogue can catch an opponent when he is unable to defend himself effectively from her attack, she can strike a vital spot for extra damage.
The rogue's attack deals extra damage anytime her target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when the rogue flanks her target. This extra damage is 1d6 at 1st level, and increases by 1d6 every two rogue levels thereafter. Should the rogue score a critical hit with a sneak attack, this extra damage is not multiplied. Ranged attacks can count as sneak attacks only if the target is within 30 feet.
With a weapon that deals nonlethal damage (like a sap, whip, or an unarmed strike), a rogue can make a sneak attack that deals nonlethal damage instead of lethal damage. She cannot use a weapon that deals lethal damage to deal nonlethal damage in a sneak attack, not even with the usual –4 penalty.
The rogue must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot and must be able to reach such a spot. A rogue cannot sneak attack while striking a creature with concealment.
I bolded the important bits, every attack is a SA as a rogue if you meet the criteria for SA or Precision damage. Its what makes dual wielding rogues so nice.
Nilus takes a look at the ferocious animal bounding at him from the other rooms and prepares to deliver!
The Hellhound breathes fire at Nilus but Nilus manages to interpose his shield between himself and the flames, only slightly scorching his legs.
Reflex:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
He swings and bashes at the Hellhound
Touch of Darkness (Sp): As a melee touch attack, you can cause a creature's vision to be fraught with shadows and darkness. The creature touched treats all other creatures as if they had concealment, suffering a 20% miss chance on all attack rolls. This effect lasts for a number of rounds equal to 1/2 your cleric level (minimum 1). You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier.
Adria's glove sizzles as she touches the burning beast. Down boy she says coyly.
Turning to Garrand as though nothing unusaul or dangerous is going on: How do you suppose a bunch of rag tag bandit bastards got a hold of an obedient hell hound? Even the priestesses of the temple of asmodeus have a 'hell' of a time training them. Bwahaha! She can't stop laughing at her own witty madness.
I've been sick for two days. Will try to keep up. Adria's Spontaneous casting choice is cure, so if Nilus get's too much lower on HP Adria will heal him up. What a helpful cleric she is becoming.
The door is broken open and you can see two hell dogs (normal dogs that are being chemically transformed into hell hounds) And the tifeling with a bad skin condition and wearing bandages in the next round.
Garrand Hits the Green hell puppie for 3. That is his Round 6 action.
