I'm for exploring this floor before we take any stairs. Starting with the "9" rooms?

These rooms are a series of storerooms, crammed with items in boxes and on shelves, and the smell of beeswax lingers in the air. The first storeroom contains furniture polish, mops and brooms, torches and other simple tools. The second is a well stocked wine cellar. The third is a larder stocked with excellent foodtuffs and the last one is full of coal.
Loot: The entire wine collection would be worth 1000gp

Looking over the door into the small room (10), Eleric will check for traps.

Ortensia took point, finding the newcomer odd but not unwelcome.
She concentrated, seeking out any signs of residual psionic energies. Casts Psychic Significance.
This large kitchen contains a roaring stove, several workbenches, and a spice cabinet. The spice cabinet is of Tian design and crammed with an outstanding collection of spices. Eleric you do not find any traps, you think that the spice collection would be worth about 300gp.
Ortensia, in both the kitchen and the storerooms you get the impression of an older man in fine but faded noble's clothes. From the picture it would appear to be Count Caromarc. It appears that he used this suite of rooms on a regular basis.

Elric will float over to the door to the dining room like room and check for traps or listen for people beyond the door.

Zephra is on high alert, listening and watching for signs of the trolls and goblins associated with the Whispering Way, and constantly tracing Pharasma's spiral over her heart.
I assume it's been long enough now that her bull's strength spell has faded?

Eleric you do not find any traps. The vaulted ceiling of this large room is adorned with gilt. A pair of halberds hang above a huge lit fireplace in the far wall. A great dining table and twelve chairs take up the centre of the room.
Eleric you do notice that there is a build up of dust around the chair legs. You also find some secret doors into G4 and G5.
The two halberds over the fireplace are masterwork. In addition hooks next to the outside door hold several coats, a walking cane and a sealskin cloak worth gp.

After pointing out the secret doors. Eleric takes the things of worth and they disappear into a magic bag. Excpet for the cane which he uses as a walking stick.
"Looks good doesn't it? The chairs say you are correct the fireplace seems to disagree."
You think that the rooms have been maintained, possibly by some kind of unseen servant.

This is Count Caromarc's estate. I think he's such a recluse he didn't notice squatters at his front door. Instead of actual staff, he has golems and unseen servants.

The door opens into what appears to be a smoking room. Two plush chairs sit around a small fire in this cramped, tobacco-stained room. Numerous stone jars stand on a shelf next to a pipe rack filled with strange pipes.

Eleric, knowing th path is now clear walks in the room ver casually and casts detect magic.
The tobacco jars are filled with various exotic tobacco mixtures, worth 200gp in total. Among the mundane pipes are a calabash pipe worth 75gp and a churchwarden pipe worth 50gp

A billiards room fills up most of this chamber, and there is a rack of cues on one wall. A brass and gold score checker worth 90gp hangs by the door.

Ortensia watched Eleric glide by almost wistfully. Seems to be enjoyable.
She scanned their surroundings warily, mindful of anything remotely suspicious.
Do keep in mind the Count dabbles in both alchemy and the arcane. If that rather stout alchemical golem back on the bridge was his handiwork, he probably has more throughout his estate.
She cast a rather long look at the taxidermied animals in particular.
