I'll be able to make a brand new PFS character soon that starts at level 3. I'm thinking of making him a caster focussed on dispelling enemy spells before they get a chance to act and dispelling debuffs from my teammates.
He would need a high initiative in order to ready his dispels and would need inherent bonusses to the caster level check he has to make for his dispels.
I'm thinking a 9th level caster (because I haven't got one yet) but am open to suggestions. Help me with ideas!
