So normally when making a full attack, I roll my attack with my highest bonus first, then my lower attack next, down the line to my last attack. But with things like rapid shot and haste, are these extra attacks at the end? Or early on? Like a creature with BAB +6. Would it be +6/+1/+6, the last attack being Rapid Shot? Or +6/+6/+1? How would haste interact with that? +6/+1/+6/+6? +6/+6/+1/+6? +6/+6/+6/+1?
May have over complicated that, but I'm on my phone. Think my question got through

Rapid Shot (Combat)
You can make an additional ranged attack.
Prerequisites: Dex 13, Point-Blank Shot.
Benefit: When making a full-attack action with a ranged weapon, you can fire one additional time this round at your highest bonus. All of your attack rolls take a –2 penalty when using Rapid Shot.
Apparently your idea of +6/+1/+6 would be wrong. It would be +4/-1/+4.
A Haste attack would be +6/+1/+6 without Rapid Shot, and +4/-1/+4/+4 with both Haste and Rapid Shot.
If I am wrong I hope someone from the Staff will come and correct it.

If you have BAB of 6 would have attacks at +6 and +1 (ignoring other bonuses).
If you applied haste and rapid shot you would get two additional attacks.
Attacks at 6 would be reduced to 4, and the attack at 1 would be reduced to -1.
However the extra attack from haste and rapid shot could be taken at any time in your full attack, so you must declare at the beginning of your attack sequence.
I normally do all the highest BAB attacks together.
