Since I assume the floor is sufficiently sandy, there is no chance it will actually stick someone to the floor so there's no point in rolling a save. Target will just be automatically entangled.

Holgarin Smine receives a delivery of crates stamped with the Silverbane seal, each box containing captured supplies that never made it to Mendev.
