Sakitu still reels from the overwhelming despair she's feeling. This whole battle feels hopeless and she knows that everyone is going to die. They are just not strong enough to face someone like Rasputin. It was foolish for them to even try.
And yet, a small core of resilience burns inside her. She raises her gaze across the broken ruins to see Maka engaged with Rasputin. Focusing her energy, she casts another spell at the evil mage.

Selena, teleportation abilities are blocked in the monastery--Quasit guessed as much from that daemon earlier not being able to teleport to retreat. Does your blink ability count as a teleport? I'll allow you to change your action if it does.

Dimensional Slide is a supernatural ability, not a spell nor a spell-like ability. The description calls it a dimensional crack, but nothing explicitly calls it a teleportation effect nor even teleportation like, thus it’s up to you to make a call. Supernatural abilities cannot be dispelled nor countered, they bypass SR if applicable, but they can be suppressed, such as in an anti-magic field. I’d say there is good support for calling it either way.
If you decide against allowing it, Selena will just fly, taking care to hit the ceiling feet first while passing the wind wall.

Selena's shot misses widely enough she's certain he must have magical protections.
Rasputin seems faintly surprised by Selena's move, but that surprise doesn't prevent him from stepping back slightly 5' step to be out of Maka's reach and targeting her with his next spell.
He's using Destruction again, DC 25 Fortitude save or take 150 damage. 10d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 4, 2, 2, 2, 3, 2, 4, 4) = 27 damage on a successful save. And yes, providing Rasputin with an easier target in Close range is the real reason I was asking if you were teleporting.
He then waves a hand at Maka with a short word of command. Quickened terrible remorse, Will save DC 22

"No!" Kalchine shouts as Selena's living body suddenly burns into nothing. "No..." he whispers, regaining control over himself but unable to completely stop from voicing his despair.
But he focuses on what's important. Letting more of his companions die wouldn't help bring Selena back so keeping them alive and making their opponents dead were priorities.
He moves closer so that he can get within range to use his spells to better effect.
But, for the moment, he transforms, investing himself with the heat of this world which is never very far away. He bursts into flames and grows, becoming an entity made purely of fire.

The wall of fire continues to block Quasit's view of everything happening up by Rasputin, and her concern for Maka is becoming intense. Activating her Habit of the Winter Explorer, she vanishes magically, then begins creeping forward around the wall of fire, short bow still in hand.
Standard to activate the vanish power of the Habit, then move.
Stealth: 1d20 + 19 + 4 + 20 - 2 ⇒ (4) + 19 + 4 + 20 - 2 = 45
She sees Maka struggling with the Headless guy beyond the wind wall and Rasputin leering at the monk from a few feet away. Selena was not in sight, most likely invisible as well. She also spots Kalchine now striding forward from behind in his fire elemental form. All this was seeming way beyond her... the feelings of despair still gnaw at her and make her feel uncertain about her next move. And though she was invisible to herself, she had the nasty feeling that all these monstrous creatures would see her just swimmingly.
But she had to do what she could to help Maka. That kept her going. Perhaps it would be her fate to distract Rasputin, even at the cost of her own life, long enough for Maka to bring him down. Maybe that was the whole reason fate had put her here...

Sakitu senses Fin behind her and turns to face him. The tear streaming down her cheeks leave wet tracks through the light auburn fur covering her face.
"Fin, what can we possibly do? Nothing is helping." She flings an arm back in the direction of Rasputin and the others. "Did you see that last spell? He destroyed Selena." Her voice cracks and she's barely able to keep from collapsing into a useless puddle.
"I've tried my best magic against him and nothing works."
She let's her arms flop to her side and stares down at the ground. A faint image of her father working his store floats into her mind. Then another image, this one of her mother making dinner. Are these views of what is happening right now, worlds away? Or maybe just her imagination. The unexpected visions cause her to pause. They shift her thinking and her attitude. She can't let Rasputin win.
She reaches out to Fin and casts a bit of magic on him.
"Maybe we can't succeed in what we're doing but we can try with all our might. I've made you faster. That might help."
Haste. I have a range of 125 ft but it only works on allies within 30 feet of another ally. So, if the map is correct, Fin, Kalchine, Chest Thumper, Bulvi, and Quasit get it.

Maka wasn’t sure if Rasputin’s spell had destroyed Selena or not, but she forced herself to stay focused. She’ll be back, Maka reminded herself, jaw tight. New body or not, she’s not gone for good.
Still reeling from Rasputin’s foul magic, she planted her feet and steadied her breath. Fire coiled around her like a storm barely held in check. Staggered, but far from broken, Maka watched him like a hawk. Ready to strike the instant he so much as twitched to cast again.

Bulvi looked over at where Selena had been, he really hoped this was some clever spell on her part but as he looked around he wasn't so sure. He looked towards Maka, he had to trust she could hold out a little longer, if he and Chest Thumper downed more of these vampires they might draw Rasputin's focus... maybe. He stepped closer to his next target and began hacking at it.

Polkovnik’s strike slammed into Maka with bone-rattling force. She staggered, vision blurring as blood ran down her face. But she didn't fall. She wouldn’t fall. Not yet.
Across the room, Rasputin raised his hand to the sky, words of fire on his tongue. Maka’s eyes snapped to him, her lips peeling back in a snarl. Flames exploded from her palms as she launched herself forward.
“NO YOU DON'T!” Her blow struck true, cutting through arcane concentration, forcing Rasputin to stumble as his spell collapsed.
Maka stood swaying, blood dripping from her wounds, her vision pulsing at the edges, her knees threatening to buckle. Then Rasputin, eyes wild with fury, hurled another spell.
A wave of vile, unholy energy washed over her, laced with pain, shame, and darkness. Her spirit held true, but her body had been pushed past its limits.
Maka’s breath caught. Her fire flared, once, and then guttered out. She collapsed. Smoke curled from her shoulders, her scorched braid trailing behind her like a banner torn in battle.

Maka seemed to go down in slow motion. Maybe it was the effect of the Haste spell. Or maybe her mind just couldn't fathom what was happening and was drawing it out to process it. After seeing everything that Maka had been able to do, Quasit had come to believe the monk was essentially invincible -- the guarantee that they would win. Yet there she was motionless at Rasputin's feet.
Where was Selena? Still invisible probably. Kalchine might be able to use his new form to get past the shield bubble and heal Maka. But someone had to keep Rasputin and Headless busy...
Quasit blows out heavily and then sprints right up to the edge of the bubble. She can feel herself pass through the wind wall as she throws herself against the pillar, then ducks around and takes a pot-shot at Rasputin.

Despite his fiery form, Kalchine is still relatively slow. He marches toward the combat and summons up a pulse of positive energy.

Bulvi's stomach twists and turns as he watches Maka. Moving swiftly across the room he focuses his wrath towards the headless horseman. His hair is whipped back by the wind wall. He snarled in Russian towards Rasputin. "I'm almost finished with your puppets, soon I'll be cutting your strings." He doubted he'd be able to bait the deranged man but if there was a chance he'd draw an attack spell towards him rather than Maka he'd take it.

Quasit's shot strikes home, as do Maka's flames... and this time, they burn Rasputin without any sign of defenses. Chest Thumper finds the anti-life shell blocks his attempt to bite, but Bulvi's sword slices through and strikes home.

Bulvi's armor easily turns aside the hellish mount's teeth as it tries to nip him while he maneuvers around to attack its master.
Heedless of the man attacking him, Polkovnik the headless Cossack captain charges to the defense of his master. Provoking an attack of opportunity from Bulvi.

Rasputin is looking much the worse for wear now. He steps around behind his headless guardian and casts a swift healing spell.

Then he summons a barrage of lightning bolts, heedless of the damage they cause his allies.
Casting Stormbolts--30' radius spread from Rasputin which I'm pretty sure hits everyone but Kalchine and Sakitu, full damage is 18d8 ⇒ (5, 8, 3, 8, 3, 6, 3, 3, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8, 5, 7, 1, 3) = 91, Fortitude save for half is DC 26. If you don't save you're also stunned for a round.
On the plus side, Rasputin's burned a 9th level spell slot to cast an 8th level spell there because he's out of 8th level spell slots.

Aye, thanks, Q. GM, if I was lucky enough to drop Rasputin (if he had < 55 hp) before the critical hit, then please apply that attack to Headless; with my favored enemy being undead though and it being a Crit, add +4 to the to hit and confirm rolls and +12 to damage (59 damage total)…

Rasputin chokes as Fin first puts a pair of arrows in his chest, then another in his throat. At long last, he collapses to the ground. Fin turns and fires at the headless Cossack, missing twice before his last shot finds the undead being's spine. Despite the arrow sticking through him and the agonized expression on the face hanging from his belt, he doesn't fall.
Can Kalchine/Chest Thumper get 11 damage on the last enemy standing?

It did, I factored that into the HP Polkovnik has left but I realize now I didn't mention it in narration.
