From what we know now I say Pact Hall is our best bet. Lets at least re-con it.
Nathon Hummel
"Tandifor's a good man then."[/b] Nathon takes a sip. "The Andoran army is huge. Does the baron have a way out if the Andoran's win? Like a secret tunnel out of the castle of something?"

So, those with high stealths investigate pact Hall with the rest in reserve for when, and most likely NOT if there is a fight? If that is the plan I too am ready. Any way to get the layout of the building before we enter? Step one is external surveillance for at least a few hours.

Ezekial will try to get a feel for the size of the building, its material of construction, and doors and windows. Also for the neighborhood and adjacent structures.
Simon Sigeh
Simon also does a circuit of the building, checking specifically for windows that might lend entrance but are in a blind spot of the surrounding buildings; no need to let people know we're sneaking in, after all...

Conferring with Simon Ezekail notes Only one way in. This place is built like a fortress. Opening the door is going to be noticed. We are at a dead end unless we wish to stake the place out.
What time of day is it?
Nathon Hummel
Nathon frowns and looks up and down the street to see if anyone has noticed them. "Azmodeans' first vice is a thirst for power, but they've got plenty of others too. Maybe we'll find something if we wait. Maybe we should just try to sneak in. Maybe we drift in and ask questions tomorrow? Let's have a look at the castle proper before we decide."
By which I mean let's scout the castle and see if we can sneak in somehow.
In his last post, Nathon meant to ask Tarasi about the glowing doors, not the statues. That's what I get for posting in a hurry.

Makes sense to either stake this place out or to move on to the next target. This is a fortress and any use of force is likely to give us away even if we are successful. This is a covert mission. I say we remove ourselves from here before noticed.

Exekial waits, hidden in the shadows and watches. He stays put til morning if need be.

We have seen it. Its a fortress. I fear to go in there is to show our hand. Its a last resort in my mind. What about the castle?
I thought clues were pointing to going to Pact Hall, but I am doubting that now. If we go init there we will likely have to fight and even if we win we show our hand I think.

And get noticed immediately… Perhaps we could go in to pray? Anyone with good enough knowledge religion and bluff?
Darian Furkin
That's a thought, Darian says in reply to Thraxin's comment, I still say you're the best one to go in and look around, but if you don't want to that's up to you.
In reply to Ezekial, he says,What about the castle, indeed? I don't know much about fortifications, but I do know you don't make them easy to get into. We need more information, if we're going to complete our mission. Why don't we try asking our host? he knows this town better than we do. If he doesn't know himself, maybe he can direct us to someone who might be able to help us.
Nathon Hummel
"The castle is a long shot. Odds are they've covered every way in, but maybe someone was careless. It's worth a look anyway. Then we can visit the Pact Hall and some of the possible dissenters."
Darian Furkin
I agree we should scout the castle and the Pact Hall, but in order to meet with possible dissenters, we first have to know who they are. Let's ask Tandifor if he knows anyone else in town, who might have a grudge against the Baron.
Putting action to words, Darian does just that, Do you know anyone in town (besides yourself) who doesn't get along with the Baron? someone who might be willing to help us?

Sorry for the delay, Homework pulled a few hard twists.
Nathon Hummel
Nathon looks glumly at the castle. No chinks in the baron's armor here.
After their pass, he asks the others, "I didn't see a way in except through the gatehouse. What about you guys?"
