The room goes silent as the customers look to the stage
going onto the stage in a green dress with long red hair is a beautiful woman.
"Alright boys and girls, Looks like you've all been patient for me to sing tonight, so I'm going to sing my heart out tonight."
so starts Singing with a few local musicians loudly and beautifully.

Nathon Hummel |

Nathon smiles appreciatively as the singer begins, but his concentration soon turns to the game.
His first throw is toward the edge of the board. He straightens the fletching on his second dart then nods with approval as it lands near center. The third dart doesn't fly quite as well as the second, but better than the first.
"Just a rare bit of luck there. Why don't we trade darts and go double or nothing?"
3d20 + 6 ⇒ (10, 19, 15) + 6 = 50
How much was the beer and ale?

Thraxin "The Dashing Devil" Kyr |

"Bring me a Roasted chicken, good sir!" Thraxin orders from the barkeep. As he waits he looks at the reactions of the other patrons to the music while nodding to the music.

"One Roasted chicken, Anything Else?"
They hardly focus their eyes and or ears on Darian, and seem to focus on focus those who seem a bit to be thinking on something.
The crowd is enjoying the singing, to the point of being hyper.
Some of the single males are look as if in love or was it lust with the beautiful performer.

Nathon Hummel |

Guard:
seeing Nathon win the game.
"Now that was some lucky shots.
Beginner's luck, let's go again."
Nathon takes up the darts and squares off at the toe line. He checks the fletching and pops them into the board,...
3d20 + 6 ⇒ (6, 11, 2) + 6 = 25
letting the last one fly wide. He slips the guard's money back into his hand with sincere congratulations. "Well played. Now if you'll excuse me, I must see a man about a chicken."
Tipping Darian a nod to follow, Nathon makes his way across the floor to Thraxin. "The guards are friendly enough, but have very little gossip. They were no help at all in looking for our next job."
Nathon settles into a chair and sips from his half-filled beer. "She's rather good." He watches and listens with admiration.

Darian Furkin |

Darian follows Nathon, settling in a chair next to him, he continues to drink his mead, once he finishes that he'll switch, to water. He also listens to the bard.
Once he empties both his mugs, he'll stand up and say, Things are getting a bit crowded in here, I'm going to take a walk around town and see what's here. and with that he heads for the door.

Shrugging, Ezekial stands up and asks Darian Mind if I join you? Could use some fresh air.

Ezekial also looks around.

"Bring me a side of potatoes with that." Thraxin says to the barkeep then turns to the entertainment to enjoy the show.
As Nathon begins to speak to him the tiefling doesn't take his eyes off the performer, "That's a good sign, that means they were promised something or already paid off. So they won't take us for all our coin. Though I wonder if this enchanting creature on the stage needs protecting." He then gives the Aasimar a devilish grin accompanied a wink.
Then he waves down the barkeep, "So whats her story?" He points over to the woman singing.

NPC_Male_NR |

Barkeep:
"And one side of potatoes."
"Oh, Tina, she came to town a few days ago, Said she worked as a barmaid and a performer in very small town called Dakovya, north east of Sandpoint.
and that she wanted to see the world a bit before settling down.
Since she's arrive business has been booming, her performances draw in the crowds."

"Heck, the rest of my hired barmaids are a bit jealous of her looks and ability to sing.
But they like the fact that when she sings, customers leave much bigger tips."
"So what are you fellas in town for?"

"Well, aren't you the gentleman, Thanks, but no thanks.
As I do this every morning and just after sunset.
This all is for Tulrin Endessell, poor man has lost a lot after Aroden's death."
Knowledge Local, Tulrin Endessell: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17
You can you at least allow me escort you safely to your destination. With the siege and all I am not sure the town is as safe as it once was. People grow desperate in times like this. You have food. I do wonder how long the food will hold out… He gives her a worried smile.
Making small talk as they walk he asks Who is this Tulrin Endessell and what has he lost? And what has he done so right to have you dedicated to helping him? If he is worthy of help, perhaps there is something I could do?

Thraxin "The Dashing Devil" Kyr |

Thraxin cheers on for Tina's Encore. Then turns back to the Barkeep, "Work brought us here, though now I see myself seeking another one to stay here." The Tiefling chuckles. "Do you know anybody who has need for some extra muscle?"

I heard people talk about Aroden. Suppose to be a good god. Got himself killed or something though. Hard to kill a god I'd think. So I guess his priest are in a tight spot. They don't want to abandon their deity, but he can't give um no spells or support any more. That about right? he asks the woman as they walk along.

Nathon Hummel |

Barkeep:
"Work, eh. I can understand that, along with wanting to stay after seeing Tina.
As for muscle work, it'd be the Baron's Guards, and they find you."
"That's what the guards said. What about you, good sir? We may be in need of lodging and board for some time if this settles in a siege, and your life or property could be in danger if the Andorans breeched the wall. Maybe we could work out a deal?"

Nathon Hummel |

"I am not talking about hiring us as overpaid bouncers. Won't the guards be on the wall if an attack comes? That's when you'll need extra protection for yourself. And all we would ask is room and board during the siege."

A hundred years is a long time to stay loyal to a dead god.[/b[ Ezekial observes. [b]Why did not Tulrin also turn to Iomedae? He notes the street and general direction of travel as part of his attempt to spot any trouble.
Moments later he asks And tell me, what do you think of being here in the middle between Andoran and Cheliax? I like it not.

Darian Furkin |

At Ezekial's question about Tulrin, Darian gets an unusually serious look on his face and says, When someone loses somebody important to them, it can be quite a shock, some deal with the loss better than others, those who can't handle it may find it easier to cling to the past, rather than except the future.
Darian pauses and his eyes seem to peer off into the distance as if he is looking at memories, before he adds quietly, Some may even not want to live at all, without those they have lost.
Darian shakes his head sharply and says somewhat briskly, Anyways, I'm no judge of towns, but I'm guessing that a town this size there wouldn't be many priests at the temple of Aroden, probably just Tulrin himself, with the loss of his god and flock, as well as the silence from his church, Tulrin probably feels abandoned. Not that such kind gestures aren't appreciated, Darian says with a nod to the woman bringing Tulrin food, but the rest of the time, he is alone with his pain, which he has never really learned how to deal with.

Ezekail follow along looking over the town as he walks. Eventually he asks So tell me of your Baron.
