Vessani quickly makes up a bluff, then shoots the intercom before the men outside have a chance to respond. He doesn't feel too confident they bought it, though. They'll have to be quick.
I believe NT-2B was looking for a terminal, and you certainly have one here. You also have a live guard prisoner as well. And an unknown number of men outside the door, probably trying to get in, based on the sounds you hear outside.

NT-2B |

He sure is!
"Certainly." NT-2B chirps, floating towards the terminal. He is "pleased" to be away from the battle. While his programming was more lax than that of some other droids when it comes to harm (for circumstances such as removing a limb to stop a spreading infection), the notion of murder still did not sit right with him.
He tried to justify it to himself by saying that these people were like an infection and it would save Fialla's life, but his circuits reminded him that it was a stretch of logic, and was certainly not in the spirit of his programming.
Hacking!: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (18) + 9 = 27
With his three arms flying across the terminals inputs, NT-2B speaks towards the others without turning around. "I should be able to get us some useful information, indeed." He remarks.
Probably looking for some kind of map/blueprint/schematic kind of thing preferably with an indication of where holding cels / Fialla might be.

GM Phntm888 |

NT-2B works quickly. Having an already logged in and active terminal helps. In short order he is able to download a map of the compound, as well as accessing the security cameras. Scanning through them, he finds Fialla sitting in a force cage. The prison room appears to be located on the second level, near the hangar. There are two guards outside the door.
The camera showing the atrium outside shows that there are also the two guards outside, attempting to break through the main door.
The compound breaks down as follows:
1st Floor: Entryway, three barracks (the three doors in the hallway you came from), mess/lounge, engineering prep room, hangar. There are two stairwells up, one in the entryway, one in the hangar.
2nd Floor: Guest rooms, guest lounge, medical facility, cells, flight control room (hangar continues on this floor). There is one stairwell up, above the entryway.
3rd Floor: Supplication hall, throne room, Likar Molch's suite (the remaining rooms on this floor).

With a strained response from maintaing his hold Not really sure if vurk can smile the vurk will reply Aggressive negotations at the end of the lightsaber can be fun.
"From a certain point of view, namely, which side of the lightsaber you are on", Jarl grins as he responds.

GM Phntm888 |

Yes, Jace, you can.
The two men outside get the door open. Bursting into the room with blasters drawn, they stop and stare at the tableau before them. Three of their comrades dead, one of them
pinned underneath a chair by what looks a heck of a lot like a Jedi, and 4 blasters pointed directly at them. Thru exchange a look, then drop their blasters and put their hands up. One of them says, "We surrender. Please don't shoot us."

![]() |

'Well that was easy,' Vessani thought uneasily. Keeping his blaster trained on the two guards, he added to Jarl's question, "And what kind of mechanical defenses do you have set up around the prison block?"

Daaneth Qilat |

"Or, more to the point. Where is Fialla? If she's hurt or worse, you might wish you'd held those blasters a little longer."
The togruta growls through his pointed teeth as he waits for an answer.

GM Phntm888 |

You can sense them somewhere on the third floor, near the throne room. You'll have to be closer to pinpoint the exact location.
The two guards look at each other, and the one who spoke earlier says, "There were 12 of us total. I'm guessing you're the ones who attacked the four who were out, and with six of us here, that leaves the two who are on guard duty outside the cells. There's also Kraaza and Likar himself. Oh, and that guy who came in with the prisoner - Fialla, you said her name was? Calls himself Gendro Moln. Apparently he and Likar Molch are good friends or something, because he was welcomed and set up in the guest quarters. Even Kraaza seemed less hostile towards him, and she talks about how we'd taste while we're in the same room." He shudders at the mention of Likar Molch's Trandoshan enforcer, clearly terrified of her.

NT-2B |

NT-2B turns to the guards. "Curious." He says simply.
Turning back to the computer, he attempts to find information about Genro Moin.

"Captain, it occurs to me that our element of surprise may not last long. The one who brought The Employer here adds further complication to our ignorance. It would be in our best interests to recover The Employer and depart before we are..." He turns back to the guards, blinking. "...further identified."
Turning back to Daaneth, he continues. "And... speaking purely hypothetically because I cannot condone such an act, were you to kill this Molch, Gendro may consider it a matter of personal honour to seek revenge. There will be fury if we simply escape with The Employer, and perhaps significantly fewer deaths, including our own."

Jeren Vallin |

"Jace, keep in mind that even if the computer forgets us, these gentlemen here will not," Jeren points out, pointing to the remaining guards, especially the one that up until a few seconds ago was being held aloft through the Force.
"And knowledge of the whereabouts of a Force user is highly sought after," he continues in a much softer voice so as to be heard by his friends only.

Jarl Tehnos |

Jarl steps over to Daaneth and whispers, "I hate to say it but we should just blast these creeps. They would do the same to us. Not something a good soldeir would say but I am not a soldier anymore its life and death out here Captain. At the very least we need to stun 'em".

Jace Concorkill |

The vurk will continue to concentrate on the Sith artifcats to see if he can discern what they might be.
UTF 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (15) + 12 = 27

NT-2B |

NT-2B nods in agreement with Jace, but goes through the process of erasing the computer's memory banks all the same. After all, it wouldn't do them any harm to have one less thing to deal with. It was a simple optimisation.
Computers: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17
Also, can I tell the condition of Fialla within the Force Cage? Both in health and in terms of whether she is conscious.

GM Phntm888 |

Vessani: No traps they are aware of.
Jace: Not particularly. It's a security computer mainly used to watch the cameras. You need to be closer to the artifacts to pinpoint the exact location.
NT-2B: She is alive, but unconscious. She otherwise seems to be unharmed.
Hands flying over the console, NT-2B begins systematically wiping the recordings. The three guards look at each other and say, "Hey, um, could we just go and pretend we never saw you? We won't tell Likar you're coming or anything, we just think it would be a good time to be someplace else."

Daaneth Qilat |

"Anyone having anything to tie them up with?" Daaneth looks at the group questioningly. "I'm not going to murder these men in cold blood after a surrender but Vessani is right, we can't just let them roam free."

Jace Concorkill |

I might be able to change one of their minds, to be more agreeable and thus it would be easier to tie up two, rather than three people. he says to the group.

Jarl Tehnos |

"Alright then Captain, I've got nothing to tie them up with. How about just a charge on stun, they sleep we complete what we came here for and they wake up when it's all over. Let's decide soon, time's running out on our tactical advantage!"

Jace Concorkill |

GM Phntm888 |

The men look relieved to find out they won't be killed. They don't appear to be attempting to resist too much, regardless. They do each have binder cuffs.
Not intentional. Promise. I didn't actually expect a debate about this group. I love that it happened, but it wasn't expected or planned.

![]() |

Shaking his head at the wasted time, Vessani grabs the binder cuffs and puts them on the three thugs. "So lucky the captain's got a soft heart," he muttered, loud enough for their captives to hear. With that finished, he looked up and said, "Let's get cracking, she won't wait much longer for us."

Daaneth Qilat |

"Put weapons in their hands and they'd be dead Vessani, but Togruta have a warriors code and that means something to me." He nods approvingly as the Zabrak cuffs the thugs.
"Let's go save our employer."

GM Phntm888 |

Having bound the hoodlums, you rush the stairs, ascending to the second floor. Opening blast doors and rushing down the hall, you come into the section of hallway with the prison area. The two thugs are caught completely unawares, and are easily dealt with. You now stand before the door. It is locked.

Jarl Tehnos |

Assuming Not2Bee is with us.
"Not2 Be can you do the honors? Then we can get back out of here, securing her should be mission priority one! Then we will come back for this Molch".

NT-2B |

"Certainly." NT-2B replies. He immediately sets to work on cracking the door's panel.
Not sure if it's Use Computer or Mechanics, subject to the actual technology of the door itself, but I have the same modifier for both

As the others inspected the cage, Vessani ran a practice eye over the woman's form, hoping to find a physical reason for her being unconscious. "Ma'am, you need to wake up," he said, trying to rouse her.
