Th' savant 'n' theurge by freish paths compendium jump immediately tae mynd, bit th' witch an' a' seems likely. Ony ither classes ah shuid ken aboot?

Sorry. This time, without the Scottish Translator:
When I say "Blue Mage," I mean "a spellcaster with the ability to learn to use spells or special abilities of their enemies (usually learned by being hit by the spell or ability, but some can learn by just witnessing the ability being used, or by eating the enemy, or in this case killing them)." These spellcasters have the ability to learn both curative and destructive magics. The Savant and Theurge by New Paths Compendium jump immediately to mind, but the Witch also seems likely. Any other classes I should know about?

The Exchange

The sandman bard can steal spells from enemies. A conductive weapon will let you use the ability while attacking.

The spell Blood Transcription lets you drink the blood of a dead spellcaster and learn the spell for 24hrs. You can learn it during that time.

I realize you're trying to be humorous or talk in character, but you would be better of typing in standard English and not using apostrophes to contract words willy-nilly.

As for your whole idea of a "blue mage". It's not really possible. There just isn't a game mechanic (published by Paizo) by which you consume an enemy and gain their powers. There are some where you "consume" an enemy and it fuels powers that you already have, but it doesn't expand your repertoire.

If you kill a wizard, magus, theurge, or arcanist, they drop their spellbook (and in the case of the theurge, they also drop their prayerbook). If you kill a witch (or a shaman, I think), they leave behind their familiar. I was thinking about that being how you learn spells through "eating" them.

Psychodermist occultist

"At 1st level, a psychodermist learns how to siphon power from pieces of creatures he has slain."

Perhaps using a Visage of the Bound can give you a good starting point.

If you're looking 3P Shattered Mirror from Path of War Expanded lets you steal and copy effects on your enemies; eventually letting you Plagiarize Monster and Class Features.
