Chuffy shouldn't be proficient with the dogslicer, right? It's a light melee weapon and it's not listed as a rogue proficiency. As far as I can see, the only way would be to take the alternate racial trait weapon proficiency and then lose the skilled ability. But it doesn't look like they did that. Am I missing something?

Does Chuffy have the alternate racial trait Weapon Familiarity? I don't have the scenario in front of me. Having it would give access to the weapon.

As written he isn't. But the weapon came out after the core book so wouldn't be in the rogue options

It is only a short sword with the fragile condition (and a fun name). RAI would have him being proficient (as rogues are proficient with short swords)

The Magus pregen shouldn't have spellstrike, and the kineticist pregen shouldn't be a child (though, to be fair, that's just a PFS thing).

And adept poog shouldn't have orisons.

Dogslicer is also a racial weapon for goblins, so any goblin can use.
