Including Stat Blocks in Third Party Content

Product Discussion

I want to write some third party content and try to sell it. I didn't see anything in particular about this when I was reading over the Compatability License, so I thought I'd ask here. Can I include the stat blocks of official monsters, so long as they don't have proper names? For example, if I wanted to include the Haan or the Space Goblin stat blocks from First Contact, could I do so under the OGL without violating any copyright? I of course would not include any of the official art in my product, or any mentions in the stat blocks of specific places that belong to Paizo.

If the stat block you want to use is Open Game Content, the OGL lets you "use, Distribute, copy, edit, format, modify, translate and otherwise create Derivative Material of" it in your own OGL product. Just make sure you check the statements of Open Game Content (the stuff you can use) and Product Identity (the stuff you can't) in the product you're drawing from.
