It's certainly something I've daydreamed about a lot!
We have big plans afoot for the Worldscape, above and beyond the comic series. How those will manifest, and how rapidly they roll out, depend on a lot of factors. There are elements of the setting--the Worldscape itself--that are conceptually and legally owned by Paizo (I made sure of that before we even started).
So no matter what, we can always do a setting book on a place called the Worldscape that incorporates great warriors from a variety of worlds. Concepts like Shareen, the Council of Jungle Kings, Camilla, Thun'da, Pha, and other elements are in the public domain, so no problem there.
Characters like Red Sonja, John Carter, and Tarzan require coordination with licensors and alignment with concurrent development and business plans for the characters, so pulling off a book that features everything all together is a more complex undertaking than it might look.
Provided all the coordination works out, something like this is very possible.

Sounds great.
Even though i really would prefer some dedicated Tian Xia products before, it´s something i would be interested in.
If you can´t get the licences, just make up something. Being half naked (what all three of the mentioned characters are) certainly isn´t licensed^^
I can also imagine this in a format similar to Starfinder, setting and adventure coming hand in hand in one book!
