Near as I can tell, this order should have shipped at the beginning of the month. It still hasn't arrived. Any idea what is going on?

Hi there,

Thanks for letting us know! I've looked into your order, and as far as I can tell it is still in transit. There should have been a tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email, and if you follow that link, it shows that the last scan was on the 14th when the shipment info was received by a Post Office in Cincinnati. (If you cannot find the tracking link, just let me know and I can email it to you.)

On that tracking link, there should be a Delivery Confirmation Number. If you take that number to your Post Office, they may be able to use it to find some more information about the shipment's whereabouts. If it appears that the shipment has been lost, just let us know and we'll see what we can do to help out from there.
