Hey there,
I was wondering why my order for Strange Aeons: Dreams of the Yellow King have been pending for over a week now. When I had placed the order, it said that the payment method was authorized but no charge has been made as of yet and the order has not begun to ship. If you could help me to understand what the hold up is, that would be great.

Hello Sean,

Thank you for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your order, and I'm unsure why the shipment was taking a bit to ship out, but it looks like our warehouse had attempted to process the shipment about 20 minutes ago and received a payment failure. Once that is resolved, we should be able to get the order sent out as soon as possible.

I also wanted to check in with you because I found another order for this same book, which looks like it was placed at the same time as book #2 of Strange Aeons. It is still pending but I wanted to see if you'd like to have it canceled or if you intended to order two copies. Just let me know what you'd like to do with it, and I'll get it taken care of.

In the meantime, please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I will be more than happy to help out.
