Sick and tired of Pathfinders hoarding their Prestige for things like yachts, estates, resurrections, wands-that-circumvent-plot-points, etc the Decemvirate has decreed that all Pathfinders must purchase something with at least half of their current existing Prestige Points...

...at the same time the Aspis Consortium strikes, reducing the number of vanities that are available to purchase.

Edit: Given what's actually appeared, it's better than what I've come up with....
