How long is Tears at Bitter Manor (hour-wise)?

Adventures

I was planning to run Tears at Bitter Manor for a group of PFS players in two long sessions (each roughly 8 hours or so), but one player needs to leave early on the first session. I haven't read the module in-depth yet, but I know the second part can be shortened quite a bit. If anyone has any indication on how long each part is, would you please share it with me?
Chapter 1 seems to easily fit in a 4-5 hour slot, I think. There's two big maps and a lot of roleplay, but that should be doable.
Chapter 2 is basically some random encounters that provide backstory. There should be room for skipping or condensing a few, I think.
Chapter 3 is a single dungeon and while it has quite a few encounters, I think it's doable in 6-8 hours.

I'm mainly asking for PFS credit. To get the special boon on the chronicle sheet, you need to have completed at least 18 of the 24 sidequests. I"m not sure how easily attainable that is, but I see some of those are in Chapter 2, which is easily skipped.

If I had two six to eight hour sessions, how much could I fit into each one?

I absolutely think you can accomplish the adventure in the time allotted, or maybe even a little less. Just remember: Tristeza House is an intentional meat grinder. There are a lot of combats, but they run one after another and can even bleed into each other if the PCs are anything less than super efficient and clever. It might be easy for the party to explore the whole house in half the time ypou've allotted, but it will hurt.

If you have any questions about the adventure, feel free to drop me a PM and let your players know you're conspiring against them with the author!
