Reporting a Problem with a Session Never Resolved?

Hey guys. Hope this is the right section for this.

I've sent in a report for a problem with a PFS session on one of my characters probably three times now since June and I haven't heard back from anyone, nor has the problem been resolved.

Somebody clear across the country reported that I played one of my characters at one of their tables. I emphatically did not make a cross-country trip to do so. I don't have a chronicle sheet for this one and I was recently not allowed to sit at a table for PFS credit for this scenario due to the erroneous reporting that hasn't been resolved.

Not sure where to go from here. Any direction would be nice.

Those reports go to the Campaign Coordinator, which you may be aware is currently an open position awaiting to be filled. If you have not played it, how were you prevented from playing it? No one I knows looks up player history before a game and if the GM did for some reason you telling what happened should have been good enough.

This should be fixed now. I went and took a look. The store that reported it juxtaposed the 3 & 8 from a regular's number which ended up being your number.

And I've never run into that with a GM before either, but I guess he didn't want to believe me or something? I think he might have been a new GM and didn't want to mess up regardless of me explaining it.
