Confirming My Order

Hello. I seem to be having a problem with placing my order of the PDF version of "Mystery Monsters". Every time that I try to place my order, it keeps redirecting me back to the payment/billing page. Am I doing something wrong? I tried getting my PDF multiple times last night and decided to try again this morning with no luck. Thank you for your help.


I am also having this problem, As well I can't change my billing address because in the pop up window either has half show up or the buttons do not respond.


i've this problem too. is there any security issue?

Hi Wayson,

I've looked into your order, and the error message we received from our card processor is that there was a general decline of the card with no further information provided by the issuing bank. I would double-check with them to see if there is something holding up the transaction on their end.

If you speak to them and it's still not working, let me know and I will do my best to investigate further for you.
