Checking the status of this order. I received an email on July 9 that shipping would take place in 1-7 days, but I have not received a confirmation email or received the order yet.

Could someone check on this for me?

I'm sorry about that! I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that there was a hiccup in our system that was holding some of these items back. I'll give your order a nudge and it should be out the door soon. Once our warehouse has processed it for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email.

Update:

My order was apparently broken up into multiple parts. I received order number 3669554, which contained both AP adventures and the Goblin game day adventure.

I've not received anything indicating when the rest of my original order will ship. Could you figure out when the rest of the original order is expected to ship?

Sorry for the confusion, Gerald. The Spheres of Power Hardcover is in your sidecart, since we are currently waiting to receive more from our distributor. Once we get them in, the book should be sent out along with your next available subscription shipment.

The rest of the items that may have appeared on your confirmation email (Melee Tactics Toolbox, Adventure Path #91, Path of War, and Gargantuan Demon Lord Deskari miniature) were already sent out in a separate order in March, so you should already have received those. If you have not, please let me know and I'll be sure to do some further investigating.

Ah, that makes sense. I didn't read closely enough. You are 100% correct in that I've already received a chunk of the items.

I understand the deal with Spheres of Power now. I'll keep watch for it in a future shipment.
