Hi Guys,

I have just got confirmation of this order as shipping but before it got set to shipping, I ordered a few items to be added to the shipment to save on postage (plus adding an additional subscription). Alas, both the additional items and the subscription were not added to the order before it shipped.

What gives?

Hello Kalraan,

When going through the checkout process, you should be able to change the shipping method to combine with an existing order, or to move to your sidecart. Did you try either of these options with your new subscription item? Our system will default to a new order unless the settings are changed. If you try this and it still is not working, just let us know and we'll be glad to combine your orders for you.

Keep in mind, the sidecart will only combine available items with a subscription order when it is generated. So if you place something into your sidecart and you have a currently pending subscription order, the sidecart will wait for the next subscription shipment. I do see two items in your sidecart, but it looks like both of them are waiting to be ordered from our distributor and are not ready to be sent yet.

As for your currently pending Iron Gods Map Folio, would you like it to be sent out immediately, or would you like it moved to the sidecart to be shipped with your next available subscription shipment? If you would like it moved, I'd be more than happy to get that taken care of for you.

The first things I added were the cards. I selected them to be sent with the subscription. The second one I ordered as a new subscription, so it didn't give me that option.

Those two items you mentioned were not a "special order" item. Other cards in the series were. That's the reason I selected those.

After taking a further look into your account, it looks like the items in your sidecart were submitted after the subscription order was generated, which is why they're still pending. (I got confused because the inventory listed 0 available, since these were reserved for your order.) Since your new subscription item is supposed to be shipping soon, I'll go ahead and get those included in that order so that they can all be sent together.

You should receive an updated confirmation email shortly, and then another confirmation once the order has been processed for shipping. Sorry for the confusion! Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.

Living in Australia with the extra shipping costs, I was hoping to save on postage and have everything shipped at once. Sigh :(

Since it looks like this was due partially to confusion on our part, I'll go ahead and grant this order a discount on shipping. I'm sorry for any frustration it may have caused.
