Quick Rebuild Question

So my group played The Confirmation a little while ago. As my First (and at the time only) character was already at level 3, I had to make a new character.

Made an archer inquisitor for the scenario. Did not really care for it (lack or precise shot and a melee heavy group). So I set him on the back burner with plans to rebuild later.

Did that, eventually. Rebuilt into a bloodrager, and since some of the arrows were used, he had a partially used quiver of arrows. He also bought an Agile Breastplate with prestige. Again, did not play the way I wanted to, so back burnered again with another rebuild in mind.

Now I have a Silverhex Chronicle event on the horizon, which will push him to level 2, where I get a lot of my abilities on my new concept to be viable (Arcanist X/Wizard 1, shadow illusionist Wayang).

My question is, am I able to return the Agile Breastplate for the prestige? This arcanist is not going to be able to use it, though I am stuck with the arrows. If I can not, I will just have to kick myself and make it a lesson to cement my concept a lot sooner.

Thank you

Since it hasn't been consumed (damaged) I don't know of anything stopping him returning it for the full price he paid for it.

I know you can't sell items bought with prestige, and I'm fairly certain you can't return them for prestige either. At least I've never seen a rule saying you can.

The level 1 rebuild includes items bought with prestige.

The partially consumed arrows you have to keep.

Well, 2 of 3 are saying I can hand it back in to the armorer. Good news for me, but I defiantly need to nail those concepts down a lot sooner, or at least not make radical changes.

Side thought, can I hand those arrows to someone with a bow? I know you can not give others equipment, however you can allow others to use your wands.

Yes, you could allow another PC to use your arrows.
