Just wanting some confirmation on page 20 in the guide "Replaying Scenarios". Do the rules apply to a single character or the account with all the characters for rewarding a chronicle sheet? So if my character "1" plays a scenario and receives a Chronicle Sheet, can my character "2" play the same scenario and receive the Chronicle sheet or does he need to take a different path. Thanks for any clarification, just a bit confusing to me.

It applies to one player (in case you were thinking of getting multiple accounts or PFS numbers, which I'm fairly sure is against Paizo's TOS anyway). If your character #1 receives a chronicle sheet, you can get a second chronicle for GM'ing and possibly a third chronicle as a GM star replay, all for different character numbers.

I was thinking if you had only one account ID# with different characters (example: fighter and a wizard). If the fighter plays Scenario "A" and receives a chronicle sheet/rewards for that scenario, can the wizard play the same Scenario "A" and receive the chronicle sheet/rewards. To me page 20 reads like once a character plays a scenario and a chronicle sheet is provided, if you play the same scenario with another character from your account it purely for fun with no rewards. But i am probably misunderstanding the rule :).

There are a couple ways to earn credit for the same scenario.
The first, and most common, is to play it once with one character, and then GM it and apply that "GM credit" to a second character.
There are also GM stars (like those before our names in this thread) that allow different characters to replay a scenario (or reGM a scenario) for credit. You earn more stars the more games you GM.
